People selling wrong parts just to get the money in. Tried to return them and the manager is the worst person this place could hire ever. Rude like she owns the place!? Don’t waste your time coming here

It's incredible what happens there with customers. I went for a Duralast warranty on a riveter and the manager, very reluctantly, told me that if I didn't have the complete rivets, they wouldn't change them when I tried to use it. Obviously, they were worn out, I spent two or three and he didn't want to change them for me, he told me that he would just leave me.

Another bad Auto Zone experience. Was there from 7:35 to 7:40 and the door was locked. They were supposed to open at 7:30. I knocked on the door several times but I assume they were just in the back and did not care.

Stopped in with a tail light out a few days ago. The helpful staff person made sure I got the right one and walked out to the car to help install it. Great experience.

Extremely helpful staff, kind and personable. This is our go to place for car maintenance. They are funny people and know their stuff. They helped a lot of with my car battery, oil change work and my rewards account. Would recommend coming here and stopping in to buy whatever you need for your car! Staff will help you out!

Listen I HAD to get the name of two workers that were just AMAZING!First off I'm not great with car stuff, I know things to get the job done but these two helped out even expanding my knowledge of my issue I was having. Very helpful on actually helping me understand what I need and simplifying my stress! These two are great faces as to the customer service standards that should be help within the company!As I mentioned they were knowledgeable, not pushy, quick, friendly, and seemed like a great contributing factor of having a good work environment!Thank you Victoria B.
