Stopped in with a tail light out a few days ago. The helpful staff person made sure I got the right one and walked out to the car to help install it. Great experience.

Auto zone customer service was very helpful in showing me where the windshield wiper fluid was and he was patient when checking me out. WTG

Needed new wipers and came in. Staff was very helpful, even tho I came in during a shift change at night.
