Horrible customer service.
I asked an employee for car engine check scan.. and she kept dealing with all customers who were behind me while made me wait and wait with no explanation.

The service is terrible, they don't tend to be using the cell phone and the parts you need never have to have more attention from their staff.

I liked the Autozone Auto parts because they had certain special button cell batteries I needed at a fair price, the customer service representative set them aside for me when I called so someone else didn’t buy them before I got there & most importantly this customer service representative wished me a Merry Christmas and not a generic Happy Holidays. I wish more businesses would do that.!

Bullied by an associate today for walking in the store during a rain storm. Was to embarrassed to even get my battery tested after I was asked what I was doing trying to find the item on my own, and that I was "making a mess walking on his floor".
