Very helpful honest and true people working AutoZone on Belmont and Washington Street whoever made the comment about tow truck driver saying he's a manager yes he's a manager of his whole business he's the owner of the tow company cheap towing he is not an employee of AutoZone so whoever said that was lying they're mad because I parked in her own place you got the stuffed because they're too lazy to park in the proper spots this is Charles with cheap towing so I'm just letting you know now whoever said that is very wrong and yes the operator shirt set manager on it cuz he is a man who has owner of cheap towing and that would be me thank you

Went to this location as a customer made a purchase obviously parking in there lot
Decided to go ahead and have lunch as my girlfriend was hungry so we walked across the lot to an adjacent restaurant (la postata) took all of 20 min mind you autozone was dead not busy at all the lot was empty when we came out an autozone employee im assuming the manager had parked there vehicle in front of mine in attempt to block my vehicle in
As we walked up Proceeded to yell at my girlfriend and I telling us my vehicle was being towed that I wold have to pay a disconnect fee if I wanted to leave Saying, as my vehicle was not connected to anything. I'm not paying anyone anything. And as I said, I was a paying customer I have a receipt for proof.
As the employee verbally harassed us I told my girlfriend to just get in the vehicle I asked him nicely once to move his vehicle he continued to yell and tried to put his hands on me I went to close my door he tried to hold my door open I shut the door started my vehicle and pulled around his and left he tried to stand in front of me I just pushed till he got out off my way as I pulled away he continued to yell claiming the authorities had been contacted
"OH F-ING WELL GET BENT"
I don't necessarily blame autozone I blame.
Poorly trained employee/manager
Although I have been having a lot of bad experiences with autozone itself lately. This specific location and others.
I will say this.I will not be returning to this location Ever Period The customer service here is poor Anyway. Unknowledgeable and quite rude. I apologize autozone, but you need to do better. If I could make it 0 stars I would.

Store managers Nikki and Eddie were super helpful when my friends car was having issues and undriveable to help run code issues and just being a kind and helpful hand in a stressful time.

I have been a customer of Auto Zone for years and the workers Maika came out to tell me that I couldn't park my car there because it was only for customers. Very rude.

I should have posted this a while ago, but I wanted to publicly thank David White (I hope I got the name right) for assisting me with my Battery issue while is was at the 2117 W. Washington location. We went to get a battery charged and tested. The guy who tested the battery was a bit of a know it all and wouldn't charge the battery. He did test it.
