AutoZone W Washington St in Indianapolis IN is one of the nation’s leading retailer of auto parts including new and remanufactured hard parts, maintenance items and car accessories. Store managers were super helpful when a car was having issues and undriveable, a kind and helpful hand in a stressful time. A gentleman helped with a battery in the freezing cold and didn’t complain. Super nice attendant went above and beyond to get the best deals and calling around to find a specific part, great customer service. The customer service representative set aside button cell batteries at a fair price, wished a Merry Christmas and not a generic Happy Holidays.

Got a headlight. They did not really stock. The service was great but they were matching it to what I bought in and I had to return the item

I had one of the best experiences during my visit. I went there with a battery issue, and Nikki was incredibly kind. She checked the battery, showed great patience, and helped me swap it out. Additionally, she assisted in checking whether the alternator was causing the problem.
