Came here a couple of weeks ago to get a new battery and installation. I believe his name was James, but he went above and beyond to help me get my corroded battery out and the new one put on! I really appreciate it and it was such a money saver. Considering I only had to pay for the battery and not the service. Thank you!

1/28/2024 A couple days of having one problem after another trying to find screws and hex key wrenches to fit them there was a young lady working in here today who listened to me and solved every problem I have been struggling and did it all within 5 minutes. I could not be more grateful. She was smart, patient and just super nice. Thank you so much. What a relief.

You know what you’re getting when you go to autozone. Market priced parts and better hope you don’t need a tool right away because it will cost twice as much as it should. Staff may be somewhat helpful, or entirely incompetent, you really never know. This location seems to have somewhat less well versed staff than others further East on Washington.

Refused to replace a car battery saying they were too busy and he was working alone. There wad another employee in the store and no customers. Then he lied saying he wasn't able to do it anyway due to "memory wires" which in reality wouldn't have hurt anything.
