This business went above and beyond my expectations. A mistake was made when installing my windshield and water came inside the car after a heavy rain. They sent a service tech and he noticed the problem right away. He patched until another new windshield arrived. Came to my work and installed. Then they insisted I get a quote for the inside of my car to get totally detailed since water got inside from the rain. I gave them the quote and they've already sent the check and it's prepaid!!

Great customer service and they definitely work with you on your time schedule. Very professional to do business with. I had one issue with a slight leak in mine but they were on top of it and very friendly to get everything resolved with me at the earliest convenience!

Originally my insurance company quoted me for $280 for a windshield replacement. I waited a few months for financial reasons and recently was quoted for $260. No extra charge for them to come to you which is awesome. The people I interacted with at this business felt like I was talking about my car issues with an uncle. They were so friendly. I spoke with Tom who helped set everything up and was extremely helpful. I wish I would've gotten the tech name because he was very friendly and professional. Overall a great experience!

I found unprofessional customer service at the front desk. When asked about the warranty for the windshield which was installed I was told it was for as long as I owned the car. She failed to mention stress cracks are only covered for a year. I only learned this by reading the contract. Please do not take a person's word concerning warranties, read the contract yourself.

Great experience with Auto Glass Connection. I just left my vehicle in the driveway and my window was replaced when I got home. So easy and a much better price than other quotes I was given to replace it. I will definitely use them again if I have a glass issue.

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. I called and they were very helpful and even willing to come out the next day to fix my windshield. I was not available to have it fixed immediately and was able to schedule a couple weeks out. I made a comment to the service rep that I would have to discuss the costs with my husband and even gave me another $30 off if i scheduled then, which i went ahead and did. They were the most affordable company we found to do windshield glass replacement. Best part they came to our home to do it. Unfortunately I did not receive a call ahead of time to let me know they were on their way, but luckily I was home when they came by. The gentleman that came to do the replacement was nice and very professional. I am very happy with the service we received and will use them again if necessary!

This business is a great place. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Very efficiently run. Nice wsitjng area. Price was good. (Beat Safelite price by $70!!!) Will use this again, when & if need needed. Very highly recommended.
