Really bad at pay attention what the customer says, even that I told them my car had a tune on it they messed it up on a water pump repair, had to take my car out on a tow truck and don't want to be responsible for it and acting like nothing happened.

Rachel was extremely transparent and communicated effectively with pricing and issues that were found while my vehicle was being serviced. I had no issues getting her on the phone via call and/or text. I appreciate the how professional everyone was throughout the process. Exceptional Service Advisor at Audi of Indianapolis.I recently had an oil and filter change appointment at Audi of Indianapolis and I had the pleasure of working with Ben, their fantastic service advisor. I am incredibly impressed with the level of service I received from him and would highly recommend both the dealership and Ben for their outstanding customer service.Upon my arrival, Ben took the time to thoroughly review my service needs and quickly identified that my new car had three recalls that needed attention. He promptly informed me about the recalls and explained that it might take a few days to complete all the necessary work. His knowledge and expertise were evident as he communicated the processes and procedures involved, ensuring that I was well-informed throughout the entire process.What truly stood out to me was Ben's caring nature and genuine concern for customer satisfaction. Had an amazing experience with Audi Indianapolis when I took my car in for service. Andrew was courteous and very pleasant to work with throughout the whole experience! My car had a recall and they did everything right! I will definitely be back and recommend everyone with an Audi to visit this branch!

recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting your dealership, and I felt compelled to share my deeply disappointing encounter.One can only describe the atmosphere at your dealership as one of the most dreadful and unwelcoming I have ever experienced. It is disheartening to think that Audi, a renowned brand, has only this dealership in the area, forcing customers like me to endure such a dismal experience.The service members at your dealership exhibited a level of rudeness and indifference that is truly astonishing. They not only failed to address my concerns but also displayed a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. It was abundantly clear that their primary objective was to extract as much money from me as possible, rather than providing the quality service one would expect from an Audi establishment.What was even more disheartening was the way they attempted to manipulate the situation, leaving me with the impression that I had no alternative but to comply with their unreasonable demands or risk being dismissed.I genuinely hope that this message serves as a wake-up call for your dealership. The treatment I received was not only unacceptable but also tarnishes the reputation of the Audi brand. Where to start with these guys?!?! Set up an appointment to come look at a used 22 A5 around 5pm for the next morning. Left Chicago at 6am to arrive around 9am in Indy... about 30 minutes out I find out they took a deposit the night before but didn't feel like calling to inform me the night before. I get the old "bait and switch" to a brand new a5 for almost $15k more. I end up reluctantly buying the car after driving 2.5 hours after the salesman (Josh Sides) assures me that Audi's hold their value unlike any other manufacturer. I pay a ridiculous markup for a "security package" (just stickers on the door jams) that registers the car and lowers your insurance rates - with State Farm it did NOT lower it. I get back home and find they never even installed the stickers! Then within a week the taillight quits working and my local Audi says it has physical damage. Luckily I took pictures in their lot and was able to get a refund for both the taillight replacement and the security package. Fast forward to now. SIX MONTHS LATER. I consider changing to a Q5 or lowering my payment. What does he offer me on trade? $38,000. 6 months, a loss of $25,000 or 40% of it's original value. I ask if it's a typo and his response is sending me an ad for a less equipped same year, similar A5 that's $47,000. Wow. DO NOT waste your hard earned money on an Audi u less it's used - and if you do, DONT COME HERE!!!!!!!!

Steve Snodgrass fitted me in as a "walk in" for an oil change on my 2019 A6. He was professional, courteous and made the experience quite enjoyable. He represents Audi Indianapolis very well. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review was my attempt to call in and schedule service. I called in, left a voicemail asking for a return call to schedule an oil change and, after waiting for a call back for 5 hours, just drove in. You need to return calls asking to schedule service appointments.

Rachel greeted me with a warm friendly welcome and was very transparent about the cost and time frame of the work being done on the vehicle! The waiting area for customers was comfortable and quiet. The work on the vehicle was completed faster than promised and the price was cheaper than quoted. Overall and excellent experience--I know my daily driver is in good hands with Audi Indianapolis!

This needs to be said and known about their service department and the truth about the dealership with how they treat their customers after they make the sale and their money..To give a quick summary of what I will say below: I bought an Audi S6 from Audi of Indianapolis that had a new engine that Audi of Indianapolis installed and was told the car was in perfect condition in February 2023, drove it less then 20 miles, and had a bent exhaust valve that Audi of Indianapolis didn't believe. I was left for 5 months without the car for transportation, thousands of dollars in the hole, and time I will never get back due to an Audi issue and Audi of Indianapolis. I finally have the car 5 months later with broken/missing parts and a filthy car that no one will take accountability for that isn't running smoothly.. Audi of Indianapolis took no responsibility for anything at the end of the day and acted like a cheap used car dealership just trying to get more money out of me... Avoid Audi of Indianapolis, they just want your money and could care less after they have it... Again they will sell you a car with a smile but watch after they have your money... The General manager won't even acknowledge or return an email or call..I bought an Audi S6 from Audi of Indianapolis the beginning of February sight unseen as I am working out west with the military. Was promised it was an amazing car in perfect condition with a brand new engine and that the car had been completely gone through no issues at all. I was convinced and bought the car without haggling, going back and forth, or any bartering except for them to replace the front tow cover that was missing and ensure that I had a second key. The sales representative was great, and I don't blame him for any of this, but the rest of the experience after they got paid for the car was handled very pooly.As soon as the car was picked up (by family I could pick up the car due to my mission), issues started. The car did not make it through its first trip when it through a check engine light. It was checked by a very trustworthy shop that I have worked with for years to check it out. The CEL was the valve position sensor, it was not plugged in correctly and had an old O-ring.. This was a band new engine. That means this part was taken off of the old engine, put in the new engine and they didn't even change the O-ring as well as did not plug it in correctly. Not a huge deal, but details... As the shop continued looking over the car they found the rear driver's shock was leaking and had been leaking for some time. It was an obvious issue with dated residue to show the length of time it had been leaking. This issue was a little more disturbing as the shock alone is a over $1600 part... This was an obvious issue that had to be known about and either ignored by the tech at Audi Indianapolis or just not disclosed to me to make an "AS IS" sale which was thrown at me more than once during this transaction. Again, I have not drove or seen the car yet and am racking up a bill already. I bring it up to Audi of Indianapolis and get the "that sucks, it's an AS IS car" response. (never thought an Audi dealership would act like a cheap car dealership).. I bite the bullet, pay the tab (which I am in over 2k repairs before I even see the car) and am just happy that everything else should be smooth sailing.... Wrong...I finally get to the car when I am able to break away from work and travel back, I love it. The color, the interior, and everything. I take the car to go get registered and prepare it to ship as I need the car out west where I am working. As I am heading home from registration, in town traveling around 40mph the car starts acting up and completely dies on me... (At this point I have driven the car less than 20miles, has been a month since I bought the car.) The car dies on me and leaves me stranded! I go into emergency mode as I have to get the car out west and the shop gets the car in immediately... Ran out of room..

Great service; promptly attended to with kind and friendly staff. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that I thought the labor rate was too high. But to be fair, I’m still trying to figure this out. Ever since the country got shut down in 2020, it seems that car service expenses, especially in labor, has gone up exponentially. So I can’t say for certain if their labor at this dealership was actually too high, or if this is just the new norm. I do still fell I could have got the same service done at a lower rate.

Dealer and finance rep stayed late on a Saturday to ensure I could obtain my vehicle before I had to travel for work.Lance Easley was my salesman and was extremely professional, patient, and accommodating. He approached me before anyone else, and was not pushy about me purchasing, but more focused on placing me in a vehicle that was suitable for my specific needs.Great team at Audi.Had some items I need to get fixed. Service was great as well. They have office space upstairs with private rooms.
