Great location. Went in on a Saturday an hour after opening and was able to meet with Catalina within 15 mins of arrival. Catalina was professional, insightful and I didn’t feel like she was trying to upsell me. We upgraded my phone seamlessly prior to talking through all of the options available to me in order to reduce my bill (auto pay, insurance, paying off my old phone, discounts ++). She helped me feel empowered to make the decision best for me. While I was in there we also talked about their internet. Bundling internet with my phone allowed me the opportunity to purchase 700MG more for $75 less than what I paid for Spectrum. They also will be paying the installation fee, any cancellation fees and the first month. The internet has worked perfectly for the past two weeks. Major upgrade all around. Catalina brought out the iPad, accessories++ as she has to but wasn’t pushy. I left the store feeling happy, empowered and with a full understanding of what my bill would look like. The internet install occurred the Monday morning after my Saturday visit and Austin went above and beyond to ensure we were installing and placing the WiFi in the most opportune area. Highly recommend.

Genia, I was surprised to hear you were MINIMUM not a manager! I expected to come it and have a head ache as there were MANY wrong doings on my account, no fault of her own as it was done prior.She made a painfully process, oddly enough peacefully and understanding! She went above and beyond and found mistakes that were done at a different location ( 7326 Pendleton Pike Suite A, Indianapolis, IN 46226 with a new employee) and helped us fix it. Though she could not fix everything because we had to go back to the other location first, she wrote down everything( in AT&T language to help them understand what needs to be done when I go.GENIA was absolutely just truly amazing, fast, personable and honesty the list could go on! I did like the fact that, if she needed to reconfirm something she was not embarrassed ( as some people are) TO ASK HER MANAGER to confirm she had the correct info!AT&T, you would be doing yourself a favor investing time to take the route of management training for her and a raise un the meantime... I first had a nasty taste with a rep there 2 weeks prior that was stuck on being " right" even with the promotion in his face leaving me stuck. GENIA THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!-woman with the hyper baby, ultra 23, and the galaxy watch ? God bless you in whatever you put your mind to!
