Pretty trash company. We used weichert (Nestle) to move us from Michigan to Cali and it was an amazing experience. Very easy. But these Atlantic ( for Rockline) people are awful. They can’t keep any deadlines so my wife has to take multiple days off to wait for them to arrive. They lost some of our stuff. They only sent us 2 movers so they were hella slow. Cost me extra out of pocket money to go to the storage unit and disassemble my workout equipment. And they didn’t speak English. So we had to go back and forth from house to storage because they keep leaving stuff. If she takes another job where she has to be moved and they want us to use Atlantic we will turn down the opportunity. I don’t recommend this company at all.

Top of the line service! My movers were meticulous with all of my belongings and provided genuine customer care! After finishing with my packing, they made certain to leave my place clean and tidy. I would highly recommend their service, it made my moving experience so positive!!! Absolutely would use them again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU'RE BETTER OFF PACKING AND MOVING BY YOURSELF! AT LEAST THAT WAY THEY WON'T THROW S*** AT YOU. - The Crew in Chicago was completely unprepared and uninformed of the job that they had at hand. They forgot to bring their own tools for 50% of the time that they were there and insisted on using my tools. - Even after having access to my tools, they refuse to take my futon apart and insisted on transporting it downstairs without disassembling it, which led to multiple scuffs and scratches and eventually to joints in the futon being damaged to the point that it could not be reused, and we had to toss it at the destination. Additionally, we were missing multiples screws and parts for the futon to even be able to put the thing together. - Complet lack of communication between management and ground crew. - Danielle Fletcher's (the coordinator) communication skills are lacking, I am always having to follow up with her multiple times about schedules, dates and times and barely getting any response back. - Crew was not aware that they were going to pack and load and therefore were upset and extremely mad - Similarly, the crew in Colorado were completely unprepared and unplanned for the job that they had at hand, again due to lack of communication between management and the ground crew. THIS CREW ALSO SHOWED UP WITHOUT TOOLS! WHAT ARE THE ODDS! (Must be a company policy) -The crew at the destination were not aware that they were supposed to unpack and were therefore also mad. Additionally, the ground crew was also unaware of the second drop off we had at our storage facility even after explicitly communicating this with Danielle multiple times and she insisted the crew was aware. - The crew at the destination completely refused to unpack and I was forced to unpack the boxes by myself. I did as much as I could to clear up the clutter. - After having given the address for the second drop off multiple times to Danielle the coordinator, the ground who was still un aware of the address, again pointing to lack of communication between management and ground crew . - Given the chance, I could have coordinated this move better and I really regret having worked with Danielle. - At one point one of the guys threw a bag of screws at me out of frustration saying " I don't know how to put this s*** together" talking about my bed frame. At that point I almost had to call the cops on him because of his aggressive behavior. luckily they were almost done unloading and he was out of my house. - I have moved three times in the past 10 years and have had an experience that could be considered at least 10 times better than what I experienced with this company. - One of the guys was sitting downstairs smoking a cigarette for 20 minutes because he was irritated. - The worst part is it porobably wasn't even their fault. The miscommunication with management is so bad that the people on the ground don't know what they're signing up for and are extremely upset and irritated when they find out the work that needs to be done. - In short, it was a disaster from start to end.

Worked with Cortis Pelfrey as our move coordinator. From the beginning responsive to all of our questions and move options. On the days of the move the crew of 6 (led by Jason) was efficient and engaging. Still cannot believe they got all the stuff on the truck. The next day on delivery a different crew, except for Jason and Wesley, and the same experience. One thing was damaged in the move and Cortis was on it. Follow up was excellent and we actually came in under the quote! Makes me want to almost move again - not really.

The packers arrived early, identified themselves and waited for the truck to arrive with the packing supplies. There were two ladies and they were great! Efficient, friendly and hard working. They packed up my home so quickly! I have never had packers like this before! The driver Jay arrived with a mover and someone to take inventory of our items. They also had the help of a local mover, who was quick on his feet as well. They got everything loaded in record time and were a pleasure. We’ve moved many times so I didn’t know what to expect, but this team was great! They picked up on a Tuesday and had my household goods ready for delivery to our new place by Thursday. The best part about all of this is they coordinated with me directly. This made the move so much easier. It really helps when you have people take the stress out of relocating.

I talked to almost all big-name companies and they pretty much gave me the same quote. Atlantic (atlas van lines) threw in an extra stop in a different city for free which tipped my decision towards them. The pick up and delivery experience was great; communication with driver was good and the items were delivered without any issues. I’d work with them again if I need a long distance mover.

Ashton provided the best customer service. He touched base with me, providing statuses, more than one time previous to his arrived to pack up my items. He is both efficient and delightful. Give his kid a raise!!

Overall, Atlantic Relocation did an excellent job loading and transporting our household goods. Melissa Dyer, the coordinator for our move, was always helpful throughout the whole process. The moving van driver, Pat, was easy to work with and answered my calls, especially when weather prevented travel to our new location.The person packing the moving van could have been more careful. There was damage to 3 wood furniture pieces. The upholstery on a 3 piece sectional sofa was torn in several places. I am waiting for the claims department to respond.The guaranteed binding estimate for our move worked in our favor as the load weighed more than estimated and Atlantic Relocation honored the contract. Since we paid for this move ourselves, we appreciated that peace of mind. I would contract with them again if I were to move in the future.

They showed up on time and went right to work! There were no issues, everything was wrapped nicely, all of the boxes were marked and accounted for. The crew was polite and professional.

Hired this company to move large items and some clothing from one place to another (within 3 miles). They were accommodating to provide a quote and Saturday service. Two of the three workers did well. Was disappointed in the third worker. Told him that nothing in the built-in cabinets of the master closet needed packed. So, I walk into the closet and he is slowly and carefully opening & closing the drawers of the built-in cabinets of the master closet. So I had to stay there and watch him the entire time. Second, paid the quote amount and they were going to contact me after the move to be sure all is good. Move happened on 10/9/21 and haven't heard anything. there may be better choices in the market.
