This post is a week past due. I want to Give a big shout out to AT YOUR SERVICE Dmh LLC. From the start Nora answered the phone and was very professional. She was very polite and helped book a time that best suited our needs. Jamal,Siddiq,Derrick showed up right on schedule. They greeted not only myself but my family with a smile and great attitude. They then immediately went straight to work loading up the truck and taking good care of our stuff. Any time we needed one of them to help they immediately came and helped . I would use them again and will be referring them to anyone looking for great help with a professional attitude and appearance. I would also like to add that in the middle of our move Nora reached out to see how things were going. That was above and beyond what I expected Big Thanks. Also there are no hidden fees or extra fees you pay for the service and that's it. Keep up the Great work.Sincerely,Matt

Nora has let me down by not returning my calls about the two movers that I hired that damaged several pieces of my antique furniture. Ihave repeatedly called with leaving voice-mails with NO response. I would not recommend this service to anyone at this time. I would recommend that u-haul, that suggested them to remove their service.

I had scheduled with them 2 different dates to unload uboxes. The dates were confirmed and everything was set. The first date everything went well and again confirmed the second date. On the second date, no one contacted me when to expect their arrival. I contacted nora only to find out she was out of state and had removed me from the schedule and no one was going to arrive to help. I called the office the next day and left 2 messages. The boss had a lady call me and instead of making it right and scheduling a time for them to come to my house, she claims they are completely booked and refuses to squeeze me in. Extremely disappointed with the way this was handled. And I will not use this service again.Added note: upon seeing that I gave them a one star for their lack of professionalism and complete refusal to correct their mistake, they are now threatening me. Really to bad as the boys were truly wonderful. But, this is not a good, honest, decent company and I will not be bullied into changing my one star. 5 for the boys, but one for the company.

We have used Nora, Jamal and crew three times over the last year. Once for a commercial property, our house and then a condo move. All their staff are excellent and they have done a fantastic job every time. We would highly recommend them!

Nope. Would not use again. I was worried not everything would fit in the truck and they repeated said during the move, "We're fine." We will Tetris it 5 feet high. There's plenty of room," leaving room at the top for the first half of the 26' truck. Well guess what, they were wrong, and we left a few hundred dollars worth of items behind on our cross country move. Patio furniture, bar stools, kitchen items...We left all those items behind and now we have to replace them. Those items in addition to other items damaged during the move.

Excellent experience & the team is very professional. We were assisted with our move from start to finish. Ms. Nora always checked in during the move to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend.

Very flexible around our crazy moving schedule and very reasonable. The guys knocked out a 5 bedroom house in 2 hours. Would 100% use again.

Our entire experience with At Your Service was fantastic, from scheduling to move-in day! They were very responsive and flexible with scheduling. The movers, Jamal and Francisco, were extremely efficient, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this moving company!

Jamal and his team were absolutely amazing! We would have been lost without them. Moving is so stressful and they made it so seamless. We had used 2 other moving companies in the area before, but these guys are it.They are so considerate and professional, had great energy, and were pleasant to be around! I can’t say enough how great my experience with this company was! Nora was so nice and in touch. The movers were so friendly, quick and helpful! They did a great job! Also, great job packing the truck!!! Definitely would use them again and will be referring them to friends!!
