I have been trying to get my mothers CPAP machine and this place lost the subscription and then ordered the wrong machine. They took months in doing all of this and we still don't have a machine for her. They called right before we were heading to pick the machine up to tell us there was miss communication and they don't have the machine. Horrible service

This is the 2nd time in 2 years I have had to rent a lift/recliner chair from AHHE and I could not have been happier. From Lori placing my order to the deliver drivers on drop off and pick up to Andi in billing, they were great. Hoping I don't have to do it again, but I know who to call if I do.

Bonnie is unprofessional. When I called, I got two words out and she was transferring me. She didn't give me a chance to explain anything. I called back and got someone else and she was more helpful. This person evaded giving her name when I asked to whom I was speaking with. I just wanted to make sure that I didn't get Bonnie again. I received a message from a Sleep Coach that my order for CPAP supplies would not be shipped due to me not being in compliance. Therefore, insurance would not be paying and would I like to self pay for the supplies. My thing is, I never received a phone call or text before the 90 day period from anyone asking how things are going? No follow call or text, asking if I am having any problems. I didn't know there were sleep coaches until I got a message from one of them. Shouldn't sleep coaches or someone else be during follow calls with customers using the CPAP machines during the 90 day period. In my opinion, customer service is lacking. I will be returning the CPAP machine.

The initial visit to get my APAP machine was good everyone was friendly and I felt informed. It was the customer service by phone with the therapist that I found to be only fair. I felt like my mask concerns were being dismissed and that I should just follow up with my doctor for guidance.

Delivery staff was incredibly rude to family of hospice patient.Once the patient had passed, the company attempted to drop off new equipment and pick up the previously used equipment THE SAME DAY THE INDIVIDUAL PASSED WITH NO CALL AHEAD. Company sent the same individual who was just as rude.The only saving grace of this company was James, who I believe was a warehouse manager.At Home Health Equipment should be avoided if possible.

Try to get your c-pap supplies somewhere else. Avoid this place! Talk to different staff members very rude and no answer.

Absolutely Rude. I've been waiting for months for this appointment, arrived and was told I was a day early. That's fine but I had other questions so I wanted to ask them. The rude bald headed ginger not only wouldn't allow me to get my questions out, he cut off another employee who asked if she was able to help me as he scrambled off to another part of the building. Completely unprofessional.

My wheelchair broke suddenly. Unable to get parts from the manufacturer on a timely basis, I called and was sold a replacement at a much reduced cost.Thank you Ahhe!!!!!

Please read all reviews on companies before getting service from them. This company sounds like St.Vincent home health. Be advised that their service in horrible.
