Year after year, Tari never ceases to amaze me. She goes above and beyond for us and is so patient and kind, always answering all of our questions and making sure she is doing her absolute best at all times. I cannot say enough good things about what Tari Murray has done to help us from previous tax nightmares. I would recommend her services over and over.

I am not going to go into detail because I don't enjoy writing bad reviews on any business, so I will keep it short and sweet. Dealt with Chuck, not a fan. Rude is what I got. I told him ahead of time that our situation is more difficult because of identity theft. Trying to find an accountant that LISTENS is paramount to us. He said he would listen.Once there after waiting TWO WEEKS for an appt., I was shut down any time I tried to say something or offer time-saving input and I mean rudely shut down.In other words he did NOT listen, kept getting details mixed up several times, and instead it's like we had to sit there and deal with his attitude. I tried to be polite, but it quickly got to the point that I felt like I had to ask for permission to speak. After 10 - 20 minutes I couldn't deal with it anymore. We got up and left the dental office... er.. I mean tax office... which is located in a dental office building. ^.^Just a note to anyone on any product you are buying: If the first thing a business does when you call to set up an appt. is ask you to go give a good review on Google, perhaps it's best you hang up at that moment and continue your search. If you DO go here, I recommend getting the fees before he even starts perusing your case. We never got a quote. Sorry if this sounds mean, I would never want to hurt a bottom line, especially in these challenging times, but this is our experience.

Tari did a great job! She charged less than we have paid with others, and we are very happy with our refund. She asked appropriate questions and answered my questions.
