This isn't specific to this location but the customer service with this company is absolutely horrendous. I needed one little piece replaced for my bed... I called and was told to email them. I email them back and forth probably 12 times and then am told to call again. They are never available when you call so I left a message. Missed their call back, so decided to wait on hold for 15 minutes. The representative tells me that I can't pay the NINETY NINE DOLLARS for this little metal piece because the billing address they have on file is from 7 years ago and she can't change it. She tells me I will have to go to a physical location to place my order for "fraud protection" even though I provided my current credit card to her over the phone, which also wasn't the same as the original order years ago. After I ask why she can't start a new order not tied to an old one with an outdated billing address she "does some things" and is able to process my order. After my card is charged she tells me that the item isn't in stock and isn't scheduled to ship for another 2 months.

Cindy and Sue were exceptional sales support. They were patient and easy to talk to. I must give a shout out to the 2 men that delivered my table and chairs as well. So kind, clean and conscientious of the rest of my home. I will definitely buy from Arhouse again.

Coco is an amazing and cool salesperson! In short order. We selected, worked with her and her in house designer, Victoria, and put a room together that will be epic! We felt so comfortable with the decisions and can't wait to see it in our new home. Coco made us feel good about spending all of that money on beautiful pieces. She's so fun to work with and super accessible via text and appointments. Thank you!

Arhaus has great quality furniture, a variety of wonderful styles and fantastic service from Victoria Staley and David Grandpre! They provided expert guidance in selection, and were able to upload a file with our room dimensions so we could try different pieces and placement. They were also very flexible with our construction delays. They were a pleasure to work with and made the process so easy!

While I don’t own any Arhaus pieces, every time I have visited this location, the staff and management have been courteous, attentive, and never pushy about trying to sell me something. They make sure my questions are answered but also don’t hover so I can look around at my leisure. One day I’ll finally buy an Arhaus piece and when I do it will be from this location.

It’s always a pleasure to shop at this store. The staff is helpful without being pushy or hovering, it’s always clean and comfortable, and the merchandise is top quality! The pieces I’ve bought from Arhaus have held up very well. I can’t wait to get my new dining room chairs!

We had a great experience working with the designers and sales staff at the Keystone location. We were completing the build of our new home and needed to furnish it with many new pieces. From the beginning, they worked with me to select pieces that would suite our home and style well. They also took the time to inform us of different sales and specials that we could take advantage of to lower the overall cost. I really appreciated their kindness, support, and helpfulness throughout the decision, payment, and delivery process. David, Victoria, and Lauren were definitely a huge help and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process.
