My husband and I love this veterinarian office and it's staff. Always very helpful, always very reasonable. They also really love your pets too.

They are polite, organized, knowledgeable, communicative, and accommodating. The women at the desk were very nice, the vet tech who helped me was very friendly and listened to all my concerns, and the vet who saw my cat cut her nails for me and showed me how to do it. I was recommended here by the president of Nine Lives Cat Cafe and it was a great recommendation.

So as I was waiting for my dog to be brought out one of the employees came past with a dog that she was basically dragging. The dog was clearly unsure and nervous. It did try to bite the leash a couple times. So I had SUGGESTED to the employee that maybe try a different way that might calm the dog down. She then got a nasty attitude with me (which wasnt necessary at all. I disnt realize how hareful people that work with animals could be for no reason. How hard is it to say thank you but weve tried and that wont work with this dog. Why the attitude) so I then looked at the other lady at the desk and asked, 'so does some of the employees not like a little advice or help or anything?' She then also got an attitude. So that makes this visit not good and it was my first visit here. All I was trying to do was be nice and possibly a little helpful but was given an attitude in return. I was also told that I would get a call round 1 pm to get an update about how my dogs surgery went and never received a call at all. Then when I get here to pay I find out that they needed to use "extra" Sutures. Which inturn costed me extra that I wasn't expecting. That's not the problem. I wasn't given any info as to why this was needed or anything. I WONT be coming back to this place ever again. Just ridiculous all together.
