I ordered flowers for delivery, paid, and order processed. Delivery set for next day. Next day I get an email that the order was "canceled for unforeseen circumstances". Refunded. I get it that "unforeseen circumstances" happen, but it sure would have been nice to know sooner instead of having another day go by and me have to reorder from someone else. No apology, either, just an auto-generated email. Lame. -Brandon

I was very pleased with the expediency of their same-day delivery but VERY disappointed that the delivery did not match or come near to the advertised photo. Understandably, certain flowers are seasonal, but the bouquet I ordered contain flowers that are plentiful during this time of year. It appears the establishment took the more economical route for their business. Shame.

The flowers are beautiful! Honestly one if the best bouquets I have seen. The only issue is my husband ordered them to be delivered at my work on my birthday. They were delivered to our house under his name the day before my birthday. Please double check the shipping date and info.

My son’s flower order for Mother’s Day was very disappointing. Flowers were supposed to be delivered Thursday 5/9 and a system message stated in error that they had been delivered at 2:38 pm. We were at the delivery address all day, but the flowers never made it. They finally were delivered late Friday morning but they did not look good at all, possibly due to sitting on delivery truck all day Thursday. My wife called about the poor quality, and we were told our son would get a full refund; hopefully that is the case. We would have preferred to have a nice bouquet instead!

I received a dozen roses last week via Andrew’s Florist, and they’re the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen! Absolutely stunning - and kudos to the delivery person. My office is in a large complex and not easy to find!

My out of state children sent me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers from Andrew’s! And they stayed beautiful and fresh for 2 weeks!!I worked in a Flower Shop (Paul’s Flowers in Irvington) growing up and know the care and thought that goes in to each bouquet. I also have an appreciation for quality flowers! In this age of “1-800 Flower” deliveries, its difficult to find a great florist today that takes pride in their work but I’ve found them here! Will be using them - and recommending them— for future orders!

Called in this morning and spoke with the owner. He helped me with a lovely arrangement for my friend and had it delivered to her school (hence the confiscated hot wheels ?) later that morning. Easy transaction over the phone and seamless delivery. Thank you!

Disappointed in value of product. Paid $50+ for 1 rose, 2 gerber daisies, 6 sad little mums and lots of baby's breathe. In Chicago, those flowers are less than $15.

I Googled Andrew's Florists for a time sensitive delivery because our family and friends have successfully used them for years. I was in a hurry so I made an on-line order on what I thought was Andrew's Florists delivery page -- it was not.Andrew's, and I'm sure other local florists, are victims of unscrupulous search engine misdirections - a hi-jack. My Google search took me to Andrew's Florists/Ava's Flowers...mmm. I made my purchase and then got a notice from Ava's that the local florist, who I had assumed was Andrew's Florists, could not make the delivery because of a snow storm that was scheduled to hit in 6-7 hours! After much go-around with these people I successfully cancelled the order. By this time no other florist was able to deliver. Had I picked up the phone and called Andrew's in the first place or took the time to make sure the web address was right, I'm sure the delivery would have been made on time by Andrew'sBe assured, the next time I need flowers, Andrew's will be my first choice.BTW, I looked on Ava's Flowers website and there is NO place to leave a review. Nice.
