Danielle was absolutely amazing. I'm always glad when we come in and see she's still here. Her first day she actually helped my son get his contacts in. And every time we come back for his exam we get her and the fact she remembers him and his first visit as well is so great to me. Her personality is so amazing I love this locations!! Keep it up Ms. Danielle!!

Ryan, the optometrist who seen me was great!! He was very proficient and knowledgeable about my situation. This is my 2nd time here and I would recommend this store. Staff was great at checking me in. Melissa was helpful and knowledgeable about getting us the right pair of glasses. Thank you

Tyler provided outstanding service today! I took a friend in- whose frame arm had broken off. Tyler took the time to look through their frames for a possible and affordable match. He was successful and it was not a long wait!

Went for eye exam and get new glasses, everyone was awesome who helped me. Sheneice went above and beyond to help me. she was very nice and friendly and answered my few questions perfectly so i can understand everything that confused me. awesome work!!

Great instore experience and price. Receiving my glasses taking too long, a week tomorrow. Odd, one eye really worse than the other, bifocals. Will have insurance next time, to shop not just cheap but quick optician.

We paid just under $100 for ONE pair of kids frames (warranty was Only $20) NO exam either!!!We came in w/ a script from Riley Hospital & this was an All CASH transaction as well.Sooo if you want the ADVERTISED deal 2 for $79.99 you BETTER make it CRYSTAL CLEAR. The guy checking us out was rude, I thought it was strange when he asked the name & followed it up w/ How many pairs - ummm two(he looks puzzled & said your mistake only one was ordered) & walked away instead of explaining how/why we only received ONE pair of glasses - wow and this is who represents the front of the store. The glasses were not fitted to her ears they just put a case up on the counter AFTER I asked if the glasses at least came w/ a case, the case was some clear plastic cheap thing lolThe lady waiting on us was nice but played my son like a Fiddle - NO 2 for $79.99 for you lolWon't be back & Don't recommend

America Best is affordable eye care.Danielle is awesome she understood what I was looking for and the price I wanted to pay and she made my experience at America Best one of the best experiences I have had in a long time!! My prescription was wrong. They wanted to reexamine my screening. I said no thank you., because this happened before. Went to there sister company. Eye world I showed them my prescription from American Best and they said this prescription was way off. Had to pay out of pocket for another examination when it was free from my insurance but since American Best screwed put my prescription I had to pay out of pocket. This is the 2nd and last time American Best screwed up my examination. They have nice frames but your going to be able to see out of them glasses. The 2 ladies that help me pick out my glasses was nice and professional. But when I returned my glasses because the prescription was wrong. It must have been the wrong day of the month for that lady. She was rude.

Been a loyal customer for 6 yrs at this particular location, but the last 2 experiences were the worst. This will definitely be my last encounter with this location because when they make a mistake rather than taking accountability and/or apologizing for the inconvenience, I felt like I was being blamed for their oversight.Incident 1: I paid for "2 pair of glasses for my son. When I came into store to pick up, they gave me "1" pair and so I asked how long for second pair, they looked puzzled and told me that there was only one pair, I assured them I paid for 2 pair so they looked it up, and sure enough they confirmed it should be 2 pair but had no answer for me, told me to check back tomorrow they were going to look into it, I took the "1" pair and they had me sign a paper confirming pick up and I left. I came back up there the next week to check thinking maybe it was delayed but when I get there and ask, this time they tell me that I picked up "2" pair last week, printed out a paper to show me where I signed for pickup and the date I picked them up. I explained what happened and they were convinced I was lying bc their paperwork said otherwise. I didn't have time to argue that day I was on my way to work. So I came back the next day when I was off. This time I asked to speak to the manager after they tried to tell me what their paperwork said again. Because I had time that day I needed my money back on one pair or I needed a second pair of glasses. The manager tried to diligently look to see what happened; at least he believed I had no reason to lie. Smh. He asked who cashed me out and I described the girl, I told him she was friendly but she could have messed up something bc she was distracted with yelling at her kids that were up there at the time. He looked through several drawers and then finally he found the frames that were supposed to be originally mailed out but never were. He then explained that the reason I got one pair bc the place that ships them to store after they put the lenses in had that particular frame in stock but the frame for the other pair was on clearance and the last one was in store so it was supposed to be mailed off but never was. So he mailed them out and I had to wait again on top of the fact that it had already at this point been about a month luckily I ordered 2 pair and my son was able to wear the other pair until they arrived. I let it go even though I felt like there should have been some kind of accountability/apology because the way they acted like I was trying to pull a fast one over on them when they were the ones that messed up. ? literally had to come up there 3 times and each time they seemed annoyed like why is this lady back up here.......fast forward to my next experience to be continued.......

Danielle helped my husband today with his prescription shades and regular glasses. She was very nice and very helpful. Explained everything she was doing. Very patient with our questions. She really went above and beyond with service.

Glasses came but not the right frame or the right lenses. I did receive a refund but because I paid cash the only option was to wait for them to mail me a check. I also was unable to order glasses online through mobile.A month later.. 3 stars to zero stars. After wearing my new contacts I felt they were not right. Called to get prescription verified via email. They lady at the store insisted it was illegal as she just talked over me.I also paid for a membership. I so want my money back for the whole experience. Probably not gonna happen and I'm cool with that. Pay the extra and go anywhere else.

I went to Americas Best on the 27of April. I got exam and a pair regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses. They called me when they arrive, I went to pick them up and regular glasses the frames were broke. They order-me a new pair, they called me when they were done. I went to pick them up and they remad the wrong pair. They sent those back and my new ones 16 days later. I have been wearing them for 2weeks and they didn't feel quite right. I look at them today and lenses isn't seated in the frame. I went back today and they I need to get another frame because they must not be able to make properly. I talked to their customer care center 3 times and not one said there sorry. I have wasted my time and money. All I asked to get it right and apologies.
