Haven’t even slept on this bedroom suite for 2 years and it’s broke not one not 2 but THREE times and how the heck does a bed break like this at 4am??? I sure hope someone will be reaching out to me about this because this is crazy.

I have purchased many things from this location & for the past few months things have not been great. With COVID I understand everything is delayed but dang this store must have the worst suppliers because it's one of the largest wait times for everything. Sales could do a better job at communicating order status as well. I've have to email multiple times in the past just to get a response. Whenever sales has an expected delivery date plan to add about 3-5 months on top of that as they're never right on the delivery time. Again, i understand a lot of this is out of their control but I don't get how they are the absolute slowest store their is. Other than that.. in store people are nice. Furniture could use some updating as time goes on because lots of stuff is outdated now.
