Chris, the manager was so helpful and patient with me and all my questions. He's very knowledgeable and kind. I am so happy I went in there to look.The discounts are so great when they have a sale. I was able to purchase a top of the line mattress at half price for memorial day sale. I'd recommend this place to anyone.!

Went to the store on memorial day looking for mattress, hoping to get something on sale. The guy working at the front desk was extremely rude and disengaged. Barely acknowledged me.

My experience at American Mattress was amazing! Chris helped me find the most comfortable mattress that was still in my price range. He also set up a quick delivery date for no extra charge. Chris was very kind and helped me with any questions I had. Will definitely return to american mattress for other mattress purchases in the future. Thank you Chris!

This is the second time we’ve bought a mattress set (mattress, box spring, and pillows) from the Willow Lake location. Chris was excellent to work with! I came in needing a mattress within a certain budget that would help with some physical needs, and he was ready to help. He listened and narrowed down options that met both criteria. We found exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was timely. I’d highly recommend the Willow Lake location to anyone looking for a new mattress!

Chris was a fantastic! My husband and I had been wanting to try out a new Tempurpedic - our existing one is 12 years old. We went in and tried out a variety of mattresses, taking our time. Chris was very patient with us, not rushing us at all and giving us space when we needed to discuss. Due to Chris's soft approach, we decided to purchase a new Tempurpedic. We highly recommend this location and will be sending in family and friends!
