After 26 years with some other agency and carrier, I decided it was time to make a change. Elizabeth and the AOG Group made it easy and painless. Elizabeth took the time to understand our situation and made very good suggestions on the coverages that best suited us. I am thrilled that we made the conversion. Actually I am kicking myself for not doing so earlier.

Can’t say enough good things about Allstate! Spoke to Benjamin this morning about an auto accident. He went over my policy regarding claims and next steps. Also shoutout to Lee who is my “go to” person with any questions. Always so knowledgeable and very helpful! If your looking for great customer service, Allstate fits the bill….and you are in Good Hands!!

During my transition to Allstate I experienced a major water leak resulting in a claim filed to the current insurance carrier State Auto.
Rose though not actually involved, checked in on me several times per week. Acting as a resource for any questions I had.
My auto insurance and house insurance came in lower than expected. Nice to have Rose as an advocate and agent. Nice start with my new carrier Allstate!

When I moved out on my own I didn’t know much about renters insurance until I got in contact with Matt Tran who took the time to explain everything throughly & make sure I understood what coverage I was getting as well as making sure it was the best option for me. We contacted this Allstate agency along with several other insurance companies/agencies when we were looking to make a change with our homeowners insurance and our vehicle insurance. We left a voicemail message with the AOG Group and Rose Revalo quickly returned the call. She was very pleasant and helpful. She took specific information over the phone and was able to provide us with detailed policy information and cost estimates. Of the other insurance agencies that we contacted, the AOG Group was the only one to respond via phone call the same day. Rose was able to answer all of our questions over the phone. The quotes that she provided were virtually the same for our homeowners insurance and significantly lower for our vehicle insurance. It didn't take us long to decide that Allstate would provide us with great coverage for our house and vehicle and cost less overall than the other 4-5 companies that we contacted.
Even though Allstate had great rates, a big reason for choosing Allstate was the friendly and professional manner that Rose Revalo provided to us. She was understanding that this was a new experience for us since we'd had the same insurance company for 25 years and only 2 agents during that time. Her timely responses to our questions helped us feel confident in putting our trust in Allstate. When we were finished with all of the paperwork (online), we felt like we knew Rose not just as an agent but also as a person. She made all of the difference in the world. We look forward to meeting her in person in the near future as well as the rest of the AOG Group!
