Water pump went out on my 2013 F-150. Was already downtown so dropped if off at All Star. Employee TJ called me back and said that it had overheated and destroyed my engine, and that I needed a new one at a cost of $17,000.I asked how he came to that conclusion, and his answer was that he had hooked it to the computer and the engine failure error codes had resulted, and that "based on 40 years of experience," there was no other explanation. Obviously, I needed a second opinion, so took it to my normal trusted mechanic. He ran a block test and said it was absolutely fine- just needed the water pump. He also said that a new engine cost nowhere near $17K. You can draw your own conclusions.

Chris and the team are fantastic. Working downtown, it is always a challenge to get service done and get to work. They take care of everything with complimentary shuttle service. I just drop off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. No more waiting in uncomfortable lounges all day. Highly recommend.

This place always goes above and beyond! Their customer service is friendly and knowledgeable! I went in the other day and they gave me a free oil change just because I had been a long-time customer. Little things like that make me keep going back!

If you live or work in downtown Indianapolis, this is the place to go for all your routine maintenance needs and tire replacement. When I need an oil change, I just drop my vehicle off in the morning and walk to work from there. It's always ready for me to pick up in the afternoon.
They'll check everything out and recommend service without pressuring you.
