My dog was well cared for and is fully recovered now. He is a tripaw now, and we are adjusting to his new life. Thanks to the great Doctor and Nurses who cared for him.

Dr Kelly is absolutely the most rude unhinged and unprofessional vet I have ever met. The rest of the staff is great and the facility is nice I scheduled there only after hearing good things and I’m sure if I had another vet the outcome would’ve been different. She should not be allowed ANYWHERE near animals just a warning I don’t think anyone or any animal should be traumatized, disrespected and belittled over serious concerns.

Great place! I've been to several different vets over the years and this is my favorite place. They listened to our concerns and didn't try to rush us out. Definitely A+++ in my book!

Both doctors we have seen are very nice and patient. I always feel rushed out by front office lady. Almost as if my questions are a bother. Other than that, great place!

Wonderful staff that is quick and responsive. Very clean environment and reasonable prices. They were flexible with letting me bring 3 pets in at once. I love how informative they are. Highly recommend ??

Never coming to this place again. Piss-poor customer service. Was referred here because they take walk-ins, and when I got there I wasn't even asked if I had an appointment or if I was a walk-in. I was just told to have a seat and they'd be with me. I sat down, and three or four more people came in, and THEY were asked if they were walk-ins or appointments, and they got all their information and were checked-in. I was never even asked anything. On my way out, telling them about my dissatisfaction, I was given information on a place even further away. Thanks for literally nothing.

This place is absolute trash. They lie and break the laws. They schedule appointments and then you show up and there's nothing scheduled. They have rather quickly maxed my care credit for my cats broken leg but we have yet to see one single x-ray of the broken leg. They charged us for a cast that fell off 3 hours later and we had to pay for a whole another cast. They allowed my wife to make almost 2grand worth of credit card payments before they denied her at this last visit because the card in in my name. They also referenced to how much money we had left in our account too a couple visits ago like they were keeping track of how much they were able to charge us. Shop around before you decide to go here. Money makes people do strange things and these people love their money. We will not be coming back.

Do not go here these people are a scam, they over charged me. No one there has a clue whats going on. It’s just a bunch of rainbow haired girls that are rude. They told me $27 then charged my card $180. When I caught it they said I would get a refund in 10 days. Unacceptable. Wouldn’t allow me to be with my pet that they were stressing out. I was recommended them by my usual vet. I will ensure my vet never recommends them to anyone ever again!

Such a fantastic staff who cares not only about the patients (the pets) but also the clients (the parents)! Their prices are wonderful, and you can tell that they are so understanding when you are going through financial trouble. They have been so wonderful with my dog, who has a lot of vet anxiety and is stranger reactive. They take their time with him and make him feel comfortable, and give accommodations like ensuring the building is clear for him! Everyone from the front desk, to vet techs, to the doctors are so helpful and kind! I cannot thank the crew enough for all of the amazing work that they do. I highly recommend this place for anyone with reactive dogs who have a limited budget.
