If I could give 10 stars I would ? ?Listen best beauty salon I’ve been to in yearssssss the young lady who washed me and my daughter hair I wish I could’ve brought her home with me ?her hands were like magic ??and honey that Claudia is such a sweetheart and move at such a fast pace she gave me and my daughter a silk press and clipped our ends had us literally in and out in no time which was surprising since we were last min walking and it was such a wonderful experience I will def be back

I decided to walk in to get my hair washed, treatment, blow dry and I wanted a trim. If you decided to walk in…. DON’T. They say they accept walk ins then treat you like a burden when you do. So I got my hair washed and before washing the lady was YANKING my hair to comb it, I told her it was easier to detangle if she wets it because I have natural curly hair, she told me no she has to do that first….. so that should have been my first sign to just leave. If I knew I had to come detangled to a salon I would have. Second, she was SCRUBBING my head so hard I had to tell her it was hurting. After that I got a blow dry and she told me I was done. I said I also wanted a trim, so they told me I had to wait for that. I waited because I really did want my hair trim because I was getting braids. I already go the service of washing and blow drying so why leave. I waited for over 45 mins. When it was finally my turn to get a trim she literally just cut it any way. My hair is uneven and trimmed/cut terribly. It was not the salon experience I been yearning for. I would advice making a appointment even tho they “accept walk ins” and honestly if you are not African they will not be friendly or welcoming to you. I would never go back to this place for ANY services. I was so disappointed. I wasn’t gonna leave a review but I keep trying to do my hair a style and way and it looks horrible.

This was my first time here and I felt very welcomed! Everything was done very professionally. Very clean and I felt right at home and not like a regular customer. I love love love love ❤️ my hair and I will be back
