God awful service every time. I almost never leave reviews, I understand things happen.
I came in for an online pickup order, so I know I don’t have much to complain about. We have a newborn, it’s so much easier this way. I always get out and load the items myself or help at least.
Not only do they never ever substitute items, they pick about half of the groceries ordered and cancel the rest.
Lady was very unhappy coming out of the store, I didn’t see her walk up. She banged on the back of the car so I went to get out, she went ahead and opened the passenger back door and started tossing the water in. I could have had a whole baby right there in the car seat. I said “I’m sorry, I didn’t see you there.” She glared at me, no words. I hopped on out and said “here I’ll get that.” Once again, no words. I say “I can tell you aren’t very happy.”
She not once spoke a single word.
Come on, I get it. It’s snowing, everybody works. Everyone has to work. I would never treat my clients that way if I was having a bad day. It’s just uncalled for.

Really called over another employee to bug me to go back in line over a couple dimes in paper bags when I had a cart full of 80 items... Guess I'm not leaving the quarter in the cart for someone else this time since we're pinching dimes and pennies here to end 2023 apparently.
