RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NEVER LETS YOU TALK, NEVER LISTENS, & NEVER PICKS UP HER PHONE, BUSINESS IS CLOSED RANDOMLY
If I could, I would give this lady a zero even a negative number, because of her rudeness and how she operates her business is very unprofessional and she never has NO space, NO patience to listen to what you gotta say, she’s always cutting you off, and she tries to tell you what your issue is instead of listening to it. She states what she thinks is true, and she has no space to listen to anything else…which results and multiple mistakes with documentations and forms. She has this RUDE response for everything that you say and she NEVER picks up her phone. Right now I’m outside her office, and it’s CLOSED!! On Google it says it’s supposed to close at 7pm, I’m here at 4 PM and she’s nowhere to be found. Her office is closed And me and my sister have been calling her this whole week, I just called her to three times and she does not pick up!! she hang up on my sister. There’s no voicemail, her voicemail is full and this is just so infuriating & frustrating. I don’t know how she runs her business but this is just very professional, very infuriating, and very unacceptable that this is how she treats her customers. The attitude and unprofessionalism is terrible, like cannot stand it, and we have been dealing with her, me and my sister, for the last three months just for her to get us our forms incorrectly filled. This should’ve never taken three months and she still not done!!!! We still have not receive any papers. She made a mistake on the on the first try because she was not listening to anything we said, and she did not want to ask any questions about what she did not understand so instead she just filled it out how she wished and there was so many mistakes. we asked her to redo it again and now she doesn’t even pick up her phone and her office is closed. VERY frustrating and I will just advise you to never go to this lady because even if you wanna cancel everything and get your papers it’s almost impossible to reach her. It’s just hard and dealing with her attitude is even worse….it’s ridiculous, terrible.

Rude and very unprofessional service from the lady not willing to help me getting my tax refund even after 6months of filing not even willing to follow-up with IRS I will never recommend to anyone to go to this place

Always and forever will go here. Shes done my whole family taxes for years and never had any problems and always a nice refund. Very nice place and very very affordable ☺️love everything about this place 10/10.
