Most times this location has been great to work with. Not this time around. I had placed an online order a month ago for something that I ended up not needing. The company policy is that if I don't pick up in 7 days, it will be cancelled. Since I didn't need it I was going to let it just cancel after 7 days. Here we are a month later and this store decided to complete my order by saying I picked it up. When I called, the person on the phone said they completed it because they honestly didn't know if it was picked up or not. I suggested a phone call next time.

My battery was dying when I got there,and a bad storm knocked out most of the power. I had buy my battery online and the great guy installed it in the rain. I called auto zone they refused to do bc of the rain and lightning but the storm had already passed. Thank you Advance, I always choose you first!?

I went to this store on Pendleton pike just to get a bolt for a battery. First, I was given the wrong one so went back next day to return to find out it had to be ordered. said would be in next day so I waited til next day just in case. the sales lady started looking up under papers and drawers to locate the bolts.. no bolts. mind you these two bolts totaled $2.12 so I was told to come back next day. i finally got the bolts after several attempts but I WILL never go back. DO NOT GO YO THIS STORE.

They have a bunch of new young guys working at this store and what I asked he tried to tell me that all of them are like that and I had to explain to him I used to work at store #5238 the Lafayette Road store that's not how it works and you need to stop telling people that other than that it's cool store. If you're wondering what he told me he told me all of their spark plugs are pre-gapped and that's not true and that could cause them a lawsuit and I had to explain that to him and explain what I was told at the same company stores

Advanced Auto Parts is my third favorite auto store. My first would probably be NAPA auto parts and then Autozone and then I would go to advance auto parts and then O’Reilly’s they have a OK selection.

Online order for ship to home next day is a joke doesn't work had to go to store and pay full price didn't get my discount two days later still waiting for parts.

Yesterday, I went in to pick up an online order for some headlight bulbs. The cashier asked me for a receipt. I told her I didn't have a receipt, it was an online order. She went in the back, then came back and asked for a receipt again. I asked her was there a pickup box back there. I went out to the car, to get my phone. When I came back in, looked up the order number, she asked me was I having a bad day. Yes, I was irritated. Who asks for a receipt for an online order (?). She refused to serve me. Ask for a phone number, order number, not a receipt. This is the inadequate experience of this cashier. I went down the street and picked up my order.

The experience at these stores has a lot to do with who's working. They're a little more pricey than the internet but they're available right now.
