I bought a battery at advance auto in Rushville Indiana. I realized when I got home in Southport that it was the wrong battery. I drove my car to this advance auto parts on stop 11 Road and they refused to exchange the battery for a different one. They did a really good job of acting like a bunch of assholes. Store manager was a huge piece of shit. and that was about it. I had to drive to another location and they are exchanged it No problem. I'm sure glad he showed me how tough he thought he was instead of giving me decent customer service. Instead of spending time at home with my family I had to run around dealing with all this bullshit. It's fucking stupid.

I usually buy part from that store but today I have bad exprience with that little boy who has bad atitude he look like he is angry for asking some part they have or not. I will not go there anymore as long as he is there period.

I wouldn't do business with them again. Probably would keep me from going to any location after my experience. My wife bought a new battery and even tho they still advertise they swap them out they put a new battery on a cart with no tools and refused to help. I searched thru my tools and asked them if they had an extension and they said yes but apparently I wasn't allowed to use it. The guy stood on the other side of the door about 10ft away and watched us fight it with the wrong tools. I sure wasn't going to go buy an extension from him after spending 220 on a battery. It wasn't a manning issue either. One last thing we were the only customers.

Really bad communication The workers there are blame the customer and stand side of manager. I will never buy it at that store.( I do not even want to give 1 star if possible)

If I could leave less than one star I would, I waited 45 minutes after 9 AM (when they were supposed to be open yesterday). Nicole (the store manager) came pulling up at 950 half asleep. Then I ordered a cooling fan assembly on the 7th and it was supposed to arrive today the 12th. Well upon going into the store, Nicole (manager) called to see about tracking for it because it hadn’t arrived yet. Tells me that the assembly is “out for delivery” and should be here between 5-530 PM. Yet I call 4 times and it’s still not been delivered. She lied to us about the delivery because she didn’t want to deal with an upset customer.
