Carmen with acceptance did superb job with getting me a policy when one one else would. I have a pretty lengthy driving record and couldn’t find insurance that wanted me as a customer but acceptance took me with no problem and it’s kind of cheap and she was available on Juneteenth ❤️

Acceptance, First Acceptance and Founders Insurance DO NOT buy insurance from these people. Terrible terrible terrible service..did I say terrible? They are terrorists! Went through hell trying to cancel insurance through them and a month later they finally released me but won't release my refund. Go anywhere else but these 3 places. They don't deserve one star but it's the only way it would let me post

Do not do business with this company. I'm told a different amount every month for premium that's been due since September 2023. My plan canceled in which they made me restart a new one due to multiple errors they made and admitted to. After restarting my policy with regret the same issue is happening. I was told to work with ( Indy West location) Jacquline K. and she would help me get things handled. That was wrong I obtained an email from her (which I have) specifying the monthly amount due each month moving forward, however just as the business and online app this place is bad business. REASON FOR CALLING- online app wasnt reflecting the amount in writing I previously received . When I spoke with Jacqueline today I was advised the underwriter added fees from previous plan, however she was unsure why? When I asked for explanation of additional charges she was unable to provide any details stating the underwriter provided no reason? When restarting policy I had to pay new down-payment I paid all fees nothing remaining. I asked why were these fees not included at that time? She left the line stating just pay it this month then the following it will match what I sent in email. If you want honest and solid auto cover DO NOT get plan online nor in person. They gotta be making it off the dollars being takin from customer's for unexplained charges and errors I'm convinced because no matter the level of business I've always received the most unprofessional service!
