Big shout out to Mark & his crew at AA Auto sales in Indy! We found a car we were interested in & contacted the dealership asking for more pictures. He not only promptly got more pictures & sent them to me, but I later found out it was his day off. He stayed in contact with me through the whole process. We live 2 hours away & went there on Saturday to try out the car & decided we wanted it. Due to a miscommunication with my bank’s loan officer on my part I didn’t come prepared as I thought I had. But Mark was very customer oriented & we were able to get it figured out & bring the car home that day. I can guarantee another dealership would have told me to come back another day. THANK YOU Mark & crew!! My son quite likes his new ride. Now I can rest assured he has a reliable car for college. I wish you all the best. Oh & I will definitely be back for my next car needs.

I just bought a 2012 Nissan Altima off them they are some great people with great cars and they do the best business I've seen in a long time the guy was completely honest with me about everything just tossed me the keys and let me test drive it heck this is the first time I bought a car that I didn't feel like I was getting scammed over the whole time good family-oriented people like myself so I definitely recommend if you're looking for a car are you at been an accident and you need your car repair definitely give a a auto body of look up there the best thanks Mark thanks for everything you guys you guys are the best

I’m usually not the type to fill out reviews, but on this case I felt that it was a must. I have experienced nothing less than excellent customer service from AA Auto Body. Paul has provided me with nothing less than honest answers and even went into details while showing me. The times I visited the facility, I felt comfortable and respected. All of my questions were answered and the prices were great!! They provide great quality at a great price!! Thank you Paul, for all of your great work!

AA Auto is a great place to go for car repairs. The staff that greet me are always fair and friendly. Everyone from the sales manager to the mechanic is patient and understanding.I had all my brakes fixed/replaced and had my belt buckle replaced. During the process, I would ask questions like how did this work or why does this need to happen, etc., and they answered all my questions with sufficient detail. The pricing was very fair and I couldn't be more content with my experience.

My Chevy Impala needed headlights and other body work. I spoke with Paul and was able to get a reasonable estimate. Once the parts came in I dropped my car off and the work was finished in one day. I did end up getting condensation in one of my headlights. I called and spoke with Paul and was able to get it replaced with no problem. Definitely a great place to take your car and they are honest and fast.

Paul, the owner, is a stand up guy and genuinely cares about his customers. I usually do not write reviews, but I have had nothing but good experiences with AA Auto Body. They did some body work for me, including the replacement of a headlight, at a fraction of the cost of the what I was quoted by several franchised body shops in Indy. The work was well done.

I strongly recommend AA Auto. They repaired struts, front rotors and brake pad, and front lower control arms. I was very satisfied with their commitment. Even good price.

Greatest place to buy a car my friends had bought a car from here never had any issues. Paul is so reasonably n flexible I was going through a lot and I lost a lot he was still be patient with me he really a nice guy any problems I have had he helps me . he has fixed my tires and done my oil change and didn’t charge me that much like other places . Never had any problems with the car beside what I done lol. I do recommend Anybody to buy a car from here.
