It was my first time today (November 26, 2023) ever doing laundry there. And I doubt that I’ll ever go back even though it’s within walking distance (on a good day). $3.00 for cold water, $3.25 for warm water and $3.50 for hot water. I paid $3.25 for a couple of loads. But there’s no way of even telling if my clothes were actually washed in warm water or not. Price is more than the laundromat I quit going to. While I was there washing clothes someone tried to get into the washer with me sitting right there. No bathroom at all which is basically why I won’t go back there. 25 cents for 8 minutes to dry which is better than the laundry mat I quit going to. I spent 75 cents apiece for 2 dryers ( on high heat) and had to spent another 50 cents (on high heat because my clothes didn’t get completely dry. And both dryers didn’t have much in either one. There was a sign by one of the doors saying Please Limit Phone Calls To 5 Minutes. And there wasn’t even a pay phone or any kind of phone anywhere in the building or anywhere on the property that I could see. Don’t have any idea what that meant really. But I will say this, if I have my phone with me (which I didn’t today while I was there) I would not limit any of my calls to 5 minutes. As far as I am concerned unless this place gets a working bathroom (which I seriously doubt that it will. Then today (November 26, 2023)was my last time there even though it was also my first time there.

Coin machine took a $10 billAnd gave back $9.80. One if the “quarters was a nickel! No one answers the phone. Detergent machine took my $1.25 and gave me nothing in return. I am here now if anyone wants to give me back the $1.45 I have so far been scammed. Prices on machines are fair, but they get you one way or another.Edit: not going to spend another $16 on Lyft to go back for my money. Regardless, I have to work. If a machine is out of detergent, it should not accept payment. The coin machine shouldn’t have nickels in it at all. No machines there accept nickels. A lady showed up while I was waiting fir lyft to return me to the Conrad hotel and said someone there took her clothes.

Neighborhood laundromat I've only utilized 2-3 times due to it being so small in space whenever crowded. All in all I'd give it 8 out of 10 ⭐ it's clean, has working fans when hot, machines clean and dry clothes with the utmost care meaning: The washers run Great ?? The dryers run as hot as you'd like and the cost...... You can't beat it! Plus others mind their business as long as you mind yours.I'd recommend anyone that live in the area to utilize it as well as to those that enjoy larger establishments with people fighting over carts and dryers ?

Really nice quiet little place to do laundry. Could use a little cleaning but besides that, it wasn't packed. I got in and got out.

The staff is friendly, and the machines appear to be well maintained. My only real complaint is that the restroom is closed, forcing me to go out back. The convenience store across the street doesn't have a public restroom either. Of course, that might explain why that corner doesn't appear to be that popular with panhandlers. That's probably why they don't have public restrooms.

clean, everything worked, soap and dryer sheets. change machine, Laundry bags and priced right. friendly staff, lots of fans to keep you cool while you wait. soda machine worked and soda was cold...what else do you need at a coin laundry...?
