I purchased a unit about 2 1/2 yrs ago and I am happy with it. The customer service is excellent and replacement parts are available. I would recommend to someone looking for an alternative, effective way to install a shower.

Excelent costumer service, one part was broken and two days after the replacement was on my front door, shower is really nice have to many gadgets for the price.
