It’s all about the, diagnosing fee. You can’t ask questions until you pay that fee! Like really man I told you what the problem was a “cracked screen” all I’m asking is a price range for a cracked screen.

Took my projector and money and wouldn't follow up. claimed to lose my phone number but they won't follow up with me and i still do not have my projector.
