Owner is very rude and unhelpful at times. I believe from open to close, that's how he is.

They were so helpful and personable. Ken and Miss Vicki made us feel like we've known them forever. I was in a pretty tough situation and they took care of it no problem. If you want that one on one service and not just feel like a number like the large insurance companies make you feel. This is place for insurance.

owner ken very rude, hung up on me when i requested a copy of a dec page. he stated that didnt have the time to deal with request.
