Very clean store with lots of options. Their online customer service is fast and friendly. If you are a women’s 8/10, there can be a limited amount of regular length pants but they can order online for you.
I am a crime scene investigator and I love their tactical pants because they are waterproof and are very easy to clean. Lots of pockets for all my supplies

Found this place via Mail Carrier rec about walking boots. $700+ later my husband can't get enough of this place. We've been back three times because there are no other clothes he is even willing to wear anymore. The indestructible pants and shorts are his addiction. He has a ton of the navy blue to wear to work as a mail carrier. Everyone is friendly and helpful. No snerking when I ask tons of "what's this for" questions.

My latest visit to 5:11 was an amazing experience as I needed to quickly exchange a pair of pants.
The staff made the transactional seamless and had me on my way in minutes!
Always enjoy shopping in store and will continue to do so.

Love this store for uniform clothes. Hate the prices tho. 85 and 90 bucks for 1 pair of work pants is ridiculous when you take into consideration what the wages are for per se emts. Not enough that they can afford to spend over 200 for 3 pairs of pants. But when u gotta have them...

I literally would’ve given this place five stars, and I regret not doing it the first time that I visited here two months ago in February. That person was very awesome and took care of me, helped me find everything that I needed, and gave me a discount for being a first responder, which I don’t think they were supposed to do. I did not ask for it. I returned here in March and brought one of the pairs back that the inseam was coming undone. I’ve never had this problem with 511s, and I thought it was weird. I was within my 90-day window. I brought the pair back. The person asked me how they could help me. I said I needed to see if I could warranty these. He rudely asked, “What was going on with them?” I told him the inseam was coming unstitched, never seen. He asked, “How long have you had these? They look pretty worn..” Well, I bought them in February from this store. Here is my receipt. I’m a firefighter, and they get worn, they get used, but I’ve never had a pair fail like that. He says yeah, I guess. Let me see if I can find a pair. So I will go over here and grab another pair, which I resentfully did because of him. If the other person had been there, I probably would’ve bought four pairs because that’s what I need. They right people can make or break your business! I’m giving this place a four-star because the first person did so well. If I were basing it on just this visit, it would be a two.
