I bought a “new” vape from this establishment and it had a burnt taste. These cheap Indian people won’t refund or exchange any vapes or any other products they sell even if they know they are in the wrong.

The sweetest employees work at this shop. I will always support this business. It's the only place in Indy that has exceptional service every single time. I know that EVERY time I go in, I will be treated with kindness. Great customer service is so rare these days, so this shop is one of a kind. Worth the stop whether you are looking for tobacco or to buy lotto tickets or scratch offs. The couple that run the store are friendly & knowledgeable. Plus, they know their regulars & make sure to keep your tobacco in stock (appreciate it folks!). They maintain a clean, organized & well stocked store. They carry a wide range of tobacco products & other smoking paraphernalia. Worth the trip if you aren’t on the westside of Indy.
