The delivery driver put my stack of mail on my front porch instead if in the mailbox! I live in the country and its very windy. Now I dont know if I lost any mail or not! They also keep driving through my yard when they turn around to leave!!

The phone won't allow you tonget through to a live agent, regardless of what option you choose. I spent 20 minutes choosing every option, and requesting an agent at every chance. The robot lady blocks you at every chance.

Postal carrier decided to put my mail out on my porch instead of in the box like my informed delivery said it was. The box was not too big for the postal carrier to put in the access box instead they decided to Leave on the porch again. The next door neighbor Lisa decided without my permission to grab my mail this is a Federal offense to me. I don’t care it takes a few seconds for a neighbor to ask if they can keep an eye on your own property. Noo due to negligence I had to file theft because the post office didn’t not indicate it was left on my porch. It’s sad that I have to mail everything to my husband work and I shouldn’t have to. The safety of mail being delivered via USPS depends on the carrier making sure my packages go in the access box not on my trailers porch. I’m disappointed in the USPS for treating me poorly over this matterLottie Heatherman

I called in about a concern with a package, and the women could not have tried to get me off the phone any faster. Said I was calling the wrong post office, and before I could explain that the place my package was SUPPOSED to go didn't have it, she interrupted me and hung up. Another lady called me back the next day to follow up, and I got the same treatment. No chance to explain the situation. It's almost as if each phone call has to be under a certain time or else the staff gets in trouble.Look, I get you're busy, but have some patience when talking with customers. Glad I'm graduating in April and won't have to deal with your rude staff anymore.

United States post office: Very professional Staff here, very fast, and kind employees! Which makes waiting not a problem, Super nice facility, and the employees are so meticulous, and efficient! Highly recommended to use this Huntington postal facility, for all your shipping, and postal needs.

If I could leave their delivery men a 0 star rating, I would. My mail is constantly being shoved and jammed into my mailbox. There's nothing on the call log to direct me to a representative about this issue and I don't have the time to drive clear across town to the office before they close. The call log is a waist of time and the delivery men have cost me hundreds of dollars of damaged merchandise because they jam it in my box and bend the envelopes.

The office itself is clean. The on-site staff at this location is always very friendly and helpful. When it gets busy, it can take a little bit to get through the line, but the staff works as quickly as possible. My wife and I both got our passports here and they made the process a lot less stressful.

Myself, like most people, don’t have very good interactions at post offices but I was pleasantly surprised how efficient they were at getting my packages sent out during the holidays. Also, they were very helpful when I needed to buy a federal duck stamp.

Called first thing in this morning, decided to leave my number for a call back. Everything went well till they called back just to hang up on me before I could even say hello. So I decided to call back again. Now I have to wait an hour for them to call. Talk about unprofessional, I understand Covid-19 is a problem with the post office not having enough manpower. But come on! You’re better off using FEDEx or UPS.

Get a notification that my package is out for delivery then never showed up. Check tracking again and it says it's available for pickup. Guess the mail carriers don't feel like delivering the mail. I mean it's only part of the job.....
