Decided to give 3 stars instead of 1 star for the owner's response. Very respectful and never had a bad experience shopping here but just too pricey compared to online. If they offered to match the price I'd be in there more.
Nothing against anyone that works here but heads up for customers. You can find these shoes on Amazon for cheaper. I just saved nearly $30 buying from Amazon. The shoe in the store is over $80, the price on Amazon was only $54 plus free shipping. This store is very nice/clean but pricey. Just Shop around before spending the extra money.

Nothing against anyone that works there but more of aheads up for customers. I was unable to get a refund on a pair of shoes I bought there a week ago that causes pain in my feet when attempting to go on a run. Since I wore them outside I can't refund them even though they are causing me pain. Just if you get a pair here don't wear them outside till your sure they are a good pair.

Bought a pair of cat boots there yesterday but that’s not a factor . My complaint is while shopping I found a black and grey American flag cup but it’s only a sticker I called and asked why they only have stickers on cups but the manager was really rude

The manager allowed me to return work shoes that were hurting my feet and refunded me the difference between the old pair and the new pair.10/10 customer service.

This is the second time I've got shoes there.I'm still wearing the first pair of sketchers.The workers are very nice and they were playing old time country music.I think that the store has a great selection of shoes and accessories for any occasion.

Today 8-13-22 the New Staff (3) was don’t interested in helping or asked us if we needed help, one of the staff had there Dog running around in the store.We found shoes (Hooray) and they were marked on sale so we took them to the counter…SORRY there marked wrong….no Staff came around that counter to help find the price that matched those shoes. Not Happy We went to Walmart found 3 pair’s of shoes and we paid the price they were marked. Not sure if we’ll be back.
