They are awesome. Worked with me. They were the only ones to actually figure out what the issue actually was on my vehicle (everyone else said it was my transmission, but it was wiring; saved me a ton of $$$) . And after the job was done, they followed up right away with a text. And continue to do so. Now that is customer service. I would recommend them for any repairs.

Got my vehicle in quickly. At first communication was great. We had taken a plastic air pipe off to see where leak was coming from and left it off because it was in a difficult spot. Thought we were being considerate. Went to pick up our vehicle. The bill was considerable. Much more than other garages had quoted but we had no other transportation so we just had them fix it. My car can be difficult to start after sitting so it wouldn't start for them. We said we would get it started. Looked inside and the air pipe we had left off was sitting in the front seat. I was quite upset! Went inside and asked the mechanic why it wasn't put back on. His very rude and hateful response was "because I didn't take it off!" So we were in the rain trying to put the part back on and trying to start my car. Eventually one of the guys came out and helped my husband put it back on. After an hour we figured out that one of the coil packs had gotten knocked loose and that was why it wasn't starting. The best part of the whole experience was the two mechanics looking out the garage window laughing at us. Horrible experience. Never again.

If you need work done, I would recommend Mike’s for SURE! They got my car in early and even called me with updates! The girl at the front desk is an angel, she is always so kind and caring! As a woman I always feel a little intimidated in mechanic shops but she made me feel very comfortable and was more than happy to explain what was wrong with my car in ways I could understand! My car was treated nicely and done quickly, the mechanic did a wonderful job! Thank you Mike’s!Services: Auto battery replacement

I really appreciate Mike and his crew. I have been going to them for over 20 years. The work is great, but even better is the customer service. As a single woman of a "certain generation" that was never expected to deal with car mechanics I never feel talked down to. I feel heard and treated respectfully.

If you want good service, this is the place to go. They have never let us down. If we’ve been in a pickle, they’ve done whatever they could to help and have gone above and beyond. They’ve always been truthful with us and look out for us in kind of a fatherly way. Their prices are fair and they get things done in a timely manner.

I've got a lot to say, but I'm going to keep it at a minimum. $1300 to replace coils. They cost $300. It takes 30 minutes. Was told it was that instead of a bad fuel injector. (like I suggested) Replaced coils, no bueno. Replaced injector...bingo. make it make sense.
