I came here a couple of times years ago and the last time they were extremely over priced and very rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. I had them print out how much it would cost for parts and labor and then took it somewhere else in Huntington where they could get the same parts from NAPA for half the price of what Ingles was trying to charge. Went back to cancel the appointment and explained why, the guy got so mad he walked away and shut the door in my face. Never been back since then and never will.

Have used Ingles several times in the past, and even recommend them to others. My most recent experience a week ago changes this. I had a trip and safety check done on my wife's '06 Cherokee. A few issues were addressed, along with a tire rotation, totaling just over $900. When I picked up the vehicle, there was no mention at all that a re-torque of the wheel lug nuts was recommend or needed.
