We sold our car to Huntington from over 200 miles away! I had it posted on AutoTrader and Ron reached out, offering us $2000 more than the next best deal. Jim and another gentlemen promptly drove all the way, handed us a check, and picked up our car from our driveway. It was the best and easiest process for a selling a car I’ve ever experienced.

I absolutely will never return here because of Allen.
I was interested in a car and put a down payment on it right away, which they stated was refundable. Then they hit me with a $1200 “addendum” fee. When I asked about it, they gave a BS answer about how the prices of everything is rising. When I asked for my money back, Allen put up a fight for several days. You don’t get sales by being pushy??♀️

The buying process wasn't horrible, took longer than I was expecting. The service area needs a complete overhaul! I test drove a Jeep I was interested in. It had a horrible noise coming from somewhere. The first sales person I worked with tried to get me to buy it as is. I worked with a different sales person who took care of the problem and I bought the jeep. I was told service put the brakes on wrong. Here I am around a year owning this jeep and I cannot remove the lug nuts. I broke one tool and bent a 3' cheater bar. It is quite obvious the lugs were way over tightened. Either someone was trying to make a point or did not due the necessary reading to know what the torque should be. Either way, I don't believe I will be shopping at this dealership anytime soon.

Allen sold me a used car the other day. So pleasant to work with. He made the process so easy, never felt rushed or pressured, thank you allen for a great car. Oh ya the finance side can't remember his name sorry, was top notch also. You have a great team there.

My experience with Lakeside Huntington Chevrolet was wonderful from beginning to end. My engagement with Emily French was awesome. She is professional and very responsive. I appreciate the extra steps that Emily took make feel secure with making an out of state vehicle purchase. She provided me with a list carriers to choose from to ensure that my vehicle was shipped from Indiana to Georgia. Thank you to the entire Lakeside Chevrolet staff.

Great place to buy a used car. I worked with Emily French. She was thorough and honest—sent me all the information and photos I asked for. Before I drove in from 1.5 hours away, I already knew what my out of the door price was. My appointment was at 3:00p, and I was out of there by 4:30pm. A month in with the car and it still runs great. My independent mechanic inspected it and he said it was well maintained. What else is there to say. Great place. Ask for Emily.

I had such a great experience here with Emily French! She helped me find the perfect car for me, even bringing one down from the Warsaw dealership for me to test drive. She wasn't pushy like some car salesman can be. I was very hesitant about going here to buy a car, but I am so very happy I did! I will absolutely go here again in the future, and I highly recommend Emily!
