Nikki the pharmacist here is a total joke. She is always rude and just seems like she hates her life. If she doesn't enjoy her job or helping people with their medications (which is what she is paid for), she should find another job. This woman should not be dealing with the public. She has been rude to our family on numerous occasions and we have seen her be extremely rude to others. I wish our insurance didn't require us to use this dump, or I would go elsewhere. They only stay in business because they must be cheaper than other pharmacies and insurance maintains contracts with them. Do better

Your supposed to be able to trust a businesses hours.. except this store. Never updated on Google hours but always some janky handwritten sign that they closed early for this that or the other. When people depend on a pharmacy for medical emergencies.... don't think this place can do that. This is the fourth time this has happened. No longer will ever recommend this pharmacy to anyone. You can get consistency at Walmart or walgreens but never here. Don't waste your time.

CVS needs to get consistent hours, If you work first shift CVS makes it difficult to get you prescription. Says they are open until 6 and you show up "oh we closed the pharmacy at 2 today" completely unacceptable!!!!

1 star goes to KIM, a pharmacy technician. Kim has to be, by far the rudest technician I have ever encountered. Inpatient, snarky and disrespectful. If my family and I could switch to a different pharmacy we most certainly would but with our current healthcare climate, we are forced into using CVS for all our pharmacy needs. DO BETTER KIM!

The associate came over to the photo area several times trying to assist me to complete my order & it finally was successful after over an hour trying to get my I-phone to work correctly in order to get the correct photos in a collage that I wanted for sending them for this Christmas 2022‼️❤️?

I’d give them zero stars if I could. I have to find a new pharmacy because of my insurance usually I got to owens but I decided to try cvs. My only 2 options right now due to insurance is cvs and Walmart so I was trying to go somewhere other than Walmart…. Kind of a bad idea. I’ve been fighting to get my medicine for my son they told me today at 1 that it would be 2 and a half hours for them to fill it. When I got there at 4 she said they still had not been fillies and she would expedite them… ya well 30 mins late I go in and they still don’t have it. I asked can I get the prescription so I can go somewhere else they said you’ll have to call around and find out if someone has it… so I did so at 5 pm I got the okay that Walmart would do it but when I called cvs they told me walmart has to call and I told her that was not what the pharmacist had said and that I needed help understand… they next thing she did was hang up on me.. absolutely unprofessional and I will not be back.

This CVS is having some issues. This pharmacy is currently taking 5 days to fill/refill medication. This is a real issue if you are on 30 day supplies and need monthly refills. if you really need it, you have to go to the store twice, once to say please expedite this, and another to pick it up.Oh and the wait times to speak with someone, or to pickup meds, range from 30 minutes to 2+ hours. You heard that right, 2.5 hours I waiting in line on 1/22/22. I moved over to Walgreens

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! On Jan. 20th 2022, while visiting family I needed to add money to my debit card so that I could pay a few bills online. I handed the clerk $282 after he scanned the barcode from within my phone. After counting the money I handed him, he began holding the money in the air and stating " I have to check your money because we've had a few fake bills come through here". After looking at several bills he called over another worker and asked him to look at the money. The second worker stated " They look fine to me. They smell like money to me. I don't see anything wrong with it." The second worker then walked away while stating " Your the one on the register, it's up to you to make that call". The clerk then stated that he couldn't see the lines clearly in the mone". I asked if he had a marker to check for counterfeit money since he stated they had an issue before because this situation has become embarrassing. He replied no. I then asked for my money back and stated that ai would take my business elsewhere. He then handed me the money back. I was totally humiliated and disgusted. I feel completely profiled and mistreated. I will be contacting someone on the corporate level in regards to this experience and also proper procedures. This place does not deserve the one sar I was obligated to give during this review.

Plan on spending at least 20 min in drive threw...and then rx prob wont be ready...so then another 20+ min in line...hopefully the rx will be right..with limit hrs for rx pick Up !!!!!

A joke of a store. Show up a little after 5 and the high and mighty pharmacy worker has a stick stuck so far up that she refused to fill my narcotic or muscle relaxer for my fractured back because she didn't have the "time to deal with me". Worst branch I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Hire trash get trash results.
