Went to the cricket store here in Huntington it was marvelous it was awesome the customer relation service is the most best service I've ever had out of any cellular phone company they give you all the ins and outs they even help you with things above and beyond best place to go to get your cellular phone taking care of and all your needs

I'm very unhappy with the customer service and apparently the gentleman was supposed to be a manager and he's not his name is Trent d and I am basically very upset I went in to pay my bill and I asked why it went up and he's like I can't tell you why that's not my job I just let you guys pay blah blah blah he was being very rude disrespectful unprofessional you honestly need to get him out of there because this rudeness is disrespectfulness is not tolerable and to be honest he calls himself a manager but yet he don't act like one he acts like the most rudest disrespectful person ever all I ask is why my bill went up and he wanted to pop up fever and disrespectful and I said look you need to change your attitude you don't there's no need to be rude or disrespectful to me I was just asking a simple question and he was like you're the one being rude and all this you bosses out there really need to get him out of your store I miss the lady that was here

2 outages in 2 weeks.We have two lines. Two different phones.Both are having operational issues (an A51 Galaxy and a Moto g(7) supra).Got insure on my wife's phone. They make it impossible to get your insurance claimed.I loved the service when I was in Chicago, but here in Huntington, IN, it is not the carrier to go with.
