I was at the Huntington indiana store July 1 st. My wife's GMC Terrain was having a starting problem. With the employees guidance, my diagnosis was corrected. It was a short ar the starter fuse.
That may not be the correct term. I don't know.
Anyway. With their help I spent zero money to repair her vehicle but I did buy a few items in the store.

“Yesterday I had to go into O'Reilly's 2 separate times,and the elderly men working were very nice.This morning I had to call and tell them I got the wrong part for my car and the guy was younger,and he was agitated with me,I told him I was sorry for the confusion but I need the right part,he said well it was the right part number just not in the right box and we can't do anything about that,so bring in the part and the receipt and we will change it,so he needs to learn to be a little nicer dealing with ppl.”

“I would be stranded without them. Went in to buy tires tried to leave and my key got caught in the ignition. Battery was dead so I couldnt pop the trunk to get to my battery or get the key out. They helped me find the problem, helped me jump my car, installed a new battery for free, and I was driving home within an hour. Thank you to the morning workers on Wednesday the 10th of August!!!”
“The directions are very good and save you 10 miles and a half hour. The only problem is that it takes you into 2 miles of roads at the very end of the route that are NO TRUCKS. I am always in a tractor trailer or 4 axle roll off truck. We need to somehow figure out this issue with Google because I do run into this issue often. Sorry, no pics this time.”
