The front desk staff are very friendly, helpful, and have such bubbling smiles that really helps ease the nerves walking in. The nursing staff however, rude, just plain rude. Not friendly, on top of just very inappropriate and aggressive-like behavior when . Wasn't letting me explain the issue while firing off questions (some had nothing to do with why I was there btw!) Then acting annoyed when I wasn't answering fast enough or fully when she wouldn't even give me a chance to answer! In the end still got no help.

I've used this center several times because my doctor wasn't available. The wait time has been less than 10 minutes. The staff is always upbeat and friendly. I appreciate the help they provide.

Came in with very heavy congestion in my nose could not breathe in or out at all a they prescribed me nasal spray.. how does that make sense ? Then continued to tell me I need to quit vaping even tho my fever and head congestion had nothing to do with my bad habits.

Only leaving a 3 star would have left 1 but it wasn’t the doctors fault on how awful the women were to my son. He had a double ear infection not feeling the greatest low on sleep and they were getting so angry rolling eyes and all because my 5 year old child didn’t want to get swabbed ); one nurse got so mad because he accidently knocked it out of her hand almost picked it back up than went on rolling eyes and walking out of the room. First nurse I was explaining my child’s symptoms and she rudely interrupted me mid way in talking I even said sorry I was just trying to explain my sons symptoms and she said I need to know the pharmacy note she asked what was wrong first. Again the male doctor was amazing I’m so happy one person was nice there. How sad when your 5 year old child asks you mommy why are all the boys nice but not the ladies here!!! If you are a nurse please understand a 5 year old is not an 18 year old and try and listen to the child and the parent. Just be an adult you kind of nurses make children scared to go to the doctor.

Very upset with the care we received on Wednesday. I have always had a good experience. On Wednesday I took my son in because he was running a high fever, throwing up and was having a hard time while coughing. The doctor said just use abertrol and diagnosed him with a viral upper respiratory infection. During the visit she also treated me and rolled her eyes at me like I wasn't important. It was close to closing time. I had to end up taking my son to his pediatrician because he got worse he actually has croup and was given a steroid. I will not be back. I am really disappointed by the care we received it was like we weren't important in her eyes.

Quick, Efficient, no fuss. This is what an urgent care should be. Medical professionals were attentive and helpful. Very good with kids.

Very fast and efficient, friendly staff and helpful. When in a pinch and the pediatrician office is closed or can’t work in child it’s a great alternative. Very thorough and informative. Did a full exam to 13 month old, swabbed for strep, Covid, Flu A/B… she was positive for flu B.
Would recommend urgent care for any reason…. Compared to the cost of an ER visit.

Very disappointing, especially the quality of healthcare provided; 1-Star for the reception/nurse; all else very sub-par. In short, my visit was prompted by blurring vision and pain in 1 eye. When seen, and after a brief look in my eye, it was dismissed as probably conjunctivitis/pink eye and a suggestion for some over the counter eye drops. The next day, vision was gone in that eye and I went straight to an Ophthalmologist. I was diagnosed with a serious eye infection and a series of treatments were initiated over the following weeks preventing any permanent sight loss, but scaring did occur. The insult to injury was an Urgent Care bill for $260 for the brief (less than 5 min Dr. time) and the misdiagnosis. Would a recommend them - no; would I go back for a serious or non-serious injury - no. I should have checked and recommend all to check a health care providers reviews prior to choosing them as a health care option. Client feedback is the best indicator for any businesses value of service, competence and capabilities.

Don’t waste your time. They shoved us out the door as quick as possible to go to the ER. For what, to get swabbed for flu, RSV, and COVID. Bet the er hated their time wasted for something urgent care could have easily done. Annoying.

My niece and I had an extremely pleasant experience. We are from out of town. We were treated so kindly by all staff. Gissella was amazing. She was so easy to talk to and took time to listen to us. She made my niece feel at ease. I was so thankful for such a wonderful experience with not being familiar with the area. Thank you to everyone we encountered for making this a positive experience!

A young guy was in waiting constantly on his phone with speaker on talking and there is a sign saying mute cell phones. I told lady at desk and she said it was OK for him to annoy everyone. I wondered why everyone moved to other waiting room. Long wait to be even seen. Still waiting and waiting and waiting. Never again come here for sure.

Worst urgent care ever. Fiance walked in at 905am, saw people walk in after her and leave before her. Still waiting in car for her, it's 1129!!

Needed a blood draw for my A1c and various other things. The tech was one of the best I've had. No pain, very little bruising, I actually thanked her.
