Amazon sells a complete set that includes a quilt, pillows and curtain or at least that's what they made me believe in the publication and I only received the quilt, I contacted Amazon and they told me that it is a complete set that includes the above. Please contact Amazon and post what you actually offer.

Ordered a quilt and two sizes of shams from "ToC" after doing research on these items across various vendors online. They offered a sign-up promotion, so went with them. After a delay in shipping, which is on their vendor, not on them, finally received the items. Am very disappointed with the quality for the price. Attempted twice to post a review on their website, which errored out. I'm starting to believe that because it was a two star review they programmed the site to reject it! Here's what I wrote: "I love quilts and own several dozen - at least 3 or 4 for each season, plus others for colors or patterns I like. Living in Southern California, a lightweight filling is normally fine. I searched all over the Internet for a quilt with black and green plaid fabrics. Found this for a discount on ToC by signing up for their mailing list as a first time customer. Had issues with shipping (not ToC's fault, but their delivery vendor deserves a failing grade!), and finally received the package today. Saw the driver bringing a smallish package to the door. Sure enough, the quilt is very, very thin - not much fill to speak of, and we'll need either another blanket on the bed, and/or warm afghan as toppers when it's time to sleep on fall and winter cool evenings. The pattern is a simple primitive one - nothing intricate or fancy. As such, between the thin profile and the overly simplistic styling, the price point is highly elevated. Since the color scheme goes with other items I have, am going to keep it. Otherwise, I'd return it and look for a better value option. If you're interested, I'd wait until a substantial sale is available. In a separate review I'll talk about the "shams", which aren't quilted or lined at all. Very cheap construction for not a cheap price!" I emailed their customer service department about this issue with posting an item review. Will see if they respond. The reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one is when I reported an issue with the FedEx delivery, a customer service agent did research it, got in touch with FedEx and got the stalled shipment moving again. They communicated via email speedily and in a professional manner. Quality of merchandise? Not up to the customer service level.

I ordered an oval tablecloth to use for our family Christmas dinner but the company sent me a rectangle. There was no time to exchange it so I used it twice and laundered it after each use. I decided since I did use it even though it didn't fit properly that I would keep it and order the oval tablecloth and ask for a discount. After going back and forth they finally offered me a slap in the face $4 discount, then when I told them I was not happy with that because of their mistake I had to order two! they came back with an $8.50 discount. I had to plead my case, practically beg and that is the discount they finally offered. I did not take it nor did I order the oval tablecloth I wanted. Not friendly, and customer service is not good!!

I had an issue with some defective chairs which Touch of Class resolved, however, when I tried to submit a review to warn others about the defect TOC apparently blocked the negative review. I've tried 3 time to post the review and still no luck. Amazingly the only reviews showing are all 5 stars.

Poor customer service. Ordered 6 chairs and a table that were NOT sold as a set. Chairs were shown in stock and table was backordered. I was supposed to get free shipping but they charged $35 because they said large orders had a surcharge. They sell furniture so I guess it is large. SO after the date the chairs were to be shipped had come and gone I checked on the status which said the whole order would be shipped in 2 days. I waited the 2 days and still no tracking so I sent an email inquiring about the order. I was told it was on backorder so I said what about the chairs they were supposed to be shipped weeks ago and they told me that since they come from the same warehouse they hold them until they can ship them all. NOT WHAT IT SAID WHEN THEY TOOK MY $900. They also told me when I ask for a ship date that they weren't obliged to check on backorders. I ask for my money back 3 times and am having to get Paypal involved. I have emails to prove every word of this and I am not the only one to have a similar problem.

This business should be call a Touch of Absence. They have no clue on the level of service that comes with class. Their customer service department needs more training and their unethical online business practices need to be investigated. Will stick with Pottery Barn.

My friend got a Christmas gift that was ordered as a king. They got a twin. Customer service wasn't very nice, but after six weeks, a replacement arrived. Still a twin sized, not a king. No apology or offer to overnight a correct size.

Worst customer service. missed 2 shipping dates, so canceled but took 2 months to get a refund then they shorted me. Try to get hold of them and they have 50 people waiting on line. run from this business!

AVOID!! Touch of Class (officially Parke-bell ltd., inc. dba touch of class), which must be named ironically, is the WORST online company with whom I have ever done business. They are unresponsive via phone and email, sell low-quality products at high prices, and fail to follow-up on promises.I originally called them, obtained assistance from a Customer Service representative, and after a detailed discussion had them order a set of drapes. When the package (finally) arrived, it only contained one panel (clearly marked "Made in China"). I called to explain the error and they said the item was sold as separate panels and I needed to buy two. I then went on Amazon and found the identical product, two panels, for 1/2 the price they charged me for one panel. That is a 400% markup!After 5 phone calls, with hold times up to 40 minutes and two disconnects on their end, I finally reached "Ali/Alley", a supervisor. Initially, when I asked for a manager I was ignored. Ali/Alley agreed to the return and to send me an email confirming it. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have no communication from them and no credit to my account. I have sent them 6 messages. Currently, their website is saying "We could not match your email address to an existing account. Create New web account", even though they have sent me emails. Their customer service line is saying it is after hours, even though their stated times indicate they are open another 4 hours!! I am SO disappointed with their cheap (but expensive in price) products and their abysmal customer service. I was told that a manager would be calling me back, but they didn't bother. After 8 weeks from the beginning of this arduous process, I was still waiting for a satisfactory resolution. Finally, on week 9, I received a check for my return; they should have credited my original payment method. I will never do business with Touch of Class again and IMPLORE others to look elsewhere, perhaps Amazon as I did. Their products are of low quality, expensive, and they will lie and make false claims rather than accept a return.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!Buyer BEWARE!!!!BTW, in the meantime, I ordered the item from Amazon and have received it with no fuss, no delay, and no problems. I am convinced the Touch of Class Customer Service motto is "We are not satisfied until you are NOT satisfied".

Poor customer service will never buy from again bought an anniversary gift for my wife and still waiting on it to get here. Also can't get any information on the order or when it will arrive ???
