While traveling from Texas to Ohio, we had an issue with my truck and the mechanic and manager at KARS, truly saved the day for myself and my husband! After explaining what had happened, they immediately went to work on my truck and we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes! They made, what was a really bad day, turn out great!

It was a great experience, I wasn't sure what was going on with our car so we took it to them and they new right away what was wrong with it, bad tires, so they put a new set on it and it runs great..good people and great service...

I was on my way from St. Louis to Louisville for the weekend and my alternator died. I was stranded on the side of I-64 on a Friday afternoon. I called KARS and they sent a wrecker within minutes and towed my truck to their shop. They sent another driver to pick up a new alternator. They fixed my truck ahead of other vehicles in their shop and I was back on the road in a few hours. Great, friendly service. I'm very appreciative of their help in my situation.Services: Car towing

10/5 . I’m a semi driver. Unfortunately I wasn’t carrying a tool kit and these people lend me their tools on trust. I’m sure they are very honest and true to their work. I can’t appreciate enough. Almost saved me $200 service call.

Tree fell onto my 2002 Dodge pickup. Needed windshield. Roof was crushed. Insurance wouldn't cover it. A replacement roof skin could not be found for a truck this old so it had to be banged out by hand and resurfaced. KARS did a fantastic job fixing it for a very fair price. Can't tell anything ever happened to it. If you need body work done I highly recommend Konerding Automotive Repair Service.
