Closed pharmacy gate as I was walking up there. It wasn’t even time for them to close yet. We asked if I could grab a prescription because it’d only take a minute and they said no as there were 3 employees just standing behind the gate. The prescription was already filled so they just had to grab it and charge me $2. They couldn’t do that so we had to call and drive all the way to another CVS location because they were unhelpful and jerks about it.

CALL IN AND MAKE SURE YOUR PRESCRIPTION IS READY!!!!If you are in the drive through and the tech tells you it's going to be +30 minutes, it's only human decency to go park and go inside when your prescription is ready instead of making everyone wait on you!!! Just watched 5 people pull off because someone is just sitting at the window for almost an hour.

Waited in the drive through for thirty five minutes, lady finally got done and then no tech would come to be waited on. I waited for a few more minutes, pushed the help button and left. The service at Huntingburg CVS is horrible

I tried calling three times within a 15 minute time frame. All three times all I heard was the click of them hanging up on me. Pitiful. CVS sucks real bad.

I changed pharmacy's finally! And I was amazed at how good they all were. No troubles, no lost prescriptions. Sheldons is fantastic!

Have over $60.00 available on rewards account. Clerk would not apply to my order because I didn't have a receipt for her to scan info from. Tried to call later to speak to management, but couldn't get past the voice who said he wanted to help me be ause whatever I said or whatever number I entered I was transfered to his COVID speech, and couldn't get out that loop. Called several times with same result. Very frustrating!

The drive-thru is so slow it's almost a 30-minute way every time I come here and every time there's only two to three cars in front of me this is ridiculous

The ladies here are very nice and the pharmacy department but make sure you count your pills because I have been shorted before. Sometimes I will sit in the Drive-Thru or right in front of the drive-thru and count my 21 pills because I have to have three a day. Once I called them out on their mistake it hasn't happened again thankfully. At least not to me but I have heard that it has happened to other people and that is a big problem. Staff need to start paying attention and double counting and when someone comes to you with a complaint you don't blame them you fix the problem. Other than that one time I haven't had really any issues except they're a little slow sometimes but it's understandable when they only have a couple girls working in there. Overall I've been going there for quite a long time and I've had a very good experience with them.
