“This place did an amazing job replacing my rear bumper and fixing/replacing all the small little brackets and grommets on my truck! The employees there know exactly what they’re doing, the owners are extremely nice and pleasant to work with… Toby even went out of his way to get my exhaust bracket put on the very next day after my quote so my exhaust didn’t shear off… I highly recommend this Gem of a body shop for anyone needing body work done to their vehicles!”

“A big thank you to the gentlemen at Car Quest!!! The other day when it was so icy, my windshield wiper fell off. I had a pleasant experience previously there so when they opened up I stopped in for some assistance. The one gentleman was outside putting down some ice melt when I pulled in. I hesitated getting out because it was so icy. He came over with the ice melt. Then he said to just stay put. The other gentleman got the wiper that I needed, put it on for me and took my money. I didn't even need to leave my car. Thanks again for going above and beyond. That's GREAT service!!!”
“Life savers! So, Frohriep did not work on my car because they don't do the sort of thing I needed. HOWEVER, they did bail me out of a very stressful situation. My Audi was making an ungodly noise and I was on my way to a graduation event in which my niece was speaking. I hobbled over to Frohriep, per a recommendation from a kindly neighbor. The male owner (Mike) drove my suv to the lifty thing and took a look. Major bad news, especially since I was on my way to an important event. Broken rear springs! What?! How?! As I said, they don't do that sort of work, as they are a body shop. BUT, they hooked me up with TUFFY and Tuffy was able to get me in right away (thanks Dusty and James). The female owner (Michele) called to check on rental cars and drove me to Enterprise and waited while I secured a rental! Mike insisted on driving my poor car to Tuffy himself. Frohriep did all of this knowing they wouldn't make a dime off of me! They are GOOD PEOPLE who care about others in the community. They were a godsend to me that awful day. I will definitely use them if I ever need body work.”
“Few Weeks Ago I Was Hit. Called Insurance They Sent Me To The Nearest Body Shop. Pick It Up Today (Sooner Than Expected). It Was Either Walk With My Daughter In The Rain, Or Call Someone To Take Me There. Instead The Employees Offer To Come Get Me & My Daughter Since We Only Live 1 Min Away. Looks Like It Never Got Hit. & To Top It Off, They CLEANED The Inside Of My Car.! 10/10 RECOMMEND! Very Nice People. Great Work.”

“I recently lost an Alternator that stranded me with a dead battery outside the store the day before I was to go up north Steelhead trout fishing. Zach called all around town trying to locate a replacement including two repair shops but to no avail. The following morning my alternator arrived and I was able to install it a short time later with support from the store team. The whole store team came to the rescue but I especially want to thank Zach for all his help and saving my trip!”

“I ordered a car battery from Napa at $180 and inadvertently walked into carquest to pick it up. After finding out I was in the wrong place, Jack (owner) told me he had the battery for $146. I canceled the napa order and went home a happy camper with an extra 30+ bucks and a new business i will favor in the future. Thanks Jack.”

“Sean at the Sturgis location is the best! I won't go anywhere else. I went to another auto store in Sturgis and they couldn't help me replace my battery. Sean came out and looked at my car for me. He let me know I didn't even need a new battery, just a few nuts. Saved me a few hundred dollars! He certainly could of just sold me a new battery and put it in but he was honest instead!”
