Scammy. Usually high prices and very little good food choices they ask you if you want to buy a "combos" for the food bank. Straight up scam when you try to be a nice guy. They charge you full $1.99 retail price and dip one bag. So they earn full markup and guilt you into a purchase. Complete scam.Legit companies round up or they donate dollars or the equivalent. They made a big show of dropping a bag into a box. Cut it out. The food bank can but combo packs for 1/3 the price. They take full markup and contribute nothing. You would think a state sanctioned tollway company would be less scummy.

This store is in Indiana too much expensive for cigarettes, $121 for a carton of cigarettes, never buy in here I wish you guys help trucker for that.

What a joke! Had to move to 4 different gas pumps to find one that worked. Most of the bathroom stalls were out of TP. Dunkin Donuts (the only place serving breakfast) oven was broken. Coffee machines in the convenience store were either out of coffee or broken.

This place is terrible. At 7pm no pizza . Poppyes has no sides but mashed potatoes. You would think that a toll road plaza would have better services.

A huge shout-out to the store manager who helped put air in my tires! I was traveling from Ohio to Wisconsin and the Check Tire Pressure light had been on for quite awhile. Thank you!!

If I could negative stars I would this place is a dump filthy restrooms, everything is out of service, garbage piled over garbage cans around the ground everywhere, & I don't want to get started on the restaurants. We were here a couple months ago same experience I figured I would give it 1 more shot but I was even more displeased this time. I drove through the other parking lots for the next 3 7-ELEVEN's to see if they would be any better but unfortunately they were the same. I guess I will just hit travel plaza in Ohio next time.

The store is nice and clean but that's about the only positive thing I have to say. The people that are employed here are rude and disrespectful. Bossy and bark orders around not only at one another but also at customers. The music is so loud you can barely hear the person standing next to you talking. It really was the eye rolls for me though, made we wanna back hand someone.

For $9.50 you can get a bottle of juice and two breakfast sandwiches that you have to microwave yourself.Nothing else is opened at 6am besides the bathrooms.

Despite having multiple employees behind the counter not a single one knew how to ring up a giftcard and had me stand there for almost ten minutes before sending me away.
