I think his name is Sebastian. He is literally the friendliest employee they have in that whole building. I would steal him for my store in a heartbeat if I thought I could. Make sure to hang on to him and keep him happy. He will be an asset anywhere he goes.

Refused my prescription: My doctor wrote me a prescription for a months supply of my medication, and my insurance refused to cover it all. Sub-par government health care at its finest, big surprise. When I asked what the out of pocket price would be, they refused to give me a price, and refused to fill my prescription for anything longer than a weeks supply. When I go to a doctor, a specialist mind you, and they write me a prescription, I expect you to fill it, and I will supplement my health care, or pay it in full myself. I will not be returning to this branch of pharmacy, and find it astonishing that they can refuse a prescription written by a doctor that specializes in said medication, because of what medication it is, not at all dependent on their stock of said medication. I will from now on go out of my way if need be to use any other pharmacy. Walgreens absolutely lost a customer for life today.

The people in the pharmacy WILL help you, but they want you to know that they don’t WANT to help you ? It’s cool, I worked in customer service for over a decade, I get it. It was comical, though, how much they wanted to be doing anything else. Thanks for the laughs! I’ll miss ya guys ?

Always nice staff. Very helpful when looking for things. Went I guess when there was alot of clearance. The makeup selection was very picked over.

Every time I come here, there’s this Hispanic woman that is a cashier, and she is rude. Every single time she has never ever been friendly. I get this is just a Walgreens and all you’re doing is scanning my items but if I didn’t treat you rudely, I don’t expect you to treat your customers rude. I like to give a business another try to see if they can correct their prior mistake and it’s obvious this woman is going to keep being rude, so I’m just taking my business to the lake station Walgreens. If you do go to this, Walgreens, I advise you to go before 6 o’clock at night. Every other worker in this Walgreens has been very, very nice.

On 9/21/22 I had to pick up my prescription through the drive-thru and so far every time I’ve gone there, they’ve giving me best service.. very polite, fast, and accurate.. Thanks Nicole, Dave and the rest of the staff for your excellent service! ☺️Dano K
