Walked in 4:58pm and they just suddenly decided to close at 5pm instead of the posted 6pm. Drove out of my way to check the place out. Highly disappointed. Didn't look like there was any rush or emergency but whatever.

I’ve been shopping here recently after Game Changers purchased Video Palace. I was not a fan of them before the switch but they’ve changed my mind. I love all the changes they’ve made. The store looks fantastic and their customer service is top notch. They don’t have to care about what I’m looking for or wanting to purchase. They do anyways and they go the extra mile to make sure I’m satisfied. I really appreciate it and that’s why I’ve chosen them as my first stop for anything video game related. Definitely recommend them. 10/10.

Very nice shop to find games from yesterday and a variety of movies and collectibles. It is worth checking out if you are looking for fare priced items and knowledgeable conversations.

This place has been under New Management for a few months now. I'm not sure how long. I am sure that the new management is quite superior and makes buying old games and movies much more pleasant.
